Abstract
이를 위해, 본 발명은 지립을 포함하여 이루어진 원판형의 휠 본체; 및 상기 휠 본체의 회전 축 방향에 대해 일정 각도를 가지고 상기 휠 본체의 외주연에 형성되는 복수 개의 슬롯을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭용 휠을 제공한다.
Description
도 2 및 도3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 연삭용 휠의 개략적인 사시도.
도 4는 종래의 연삭용 휠에 의해 세라믹 피연삭물을 연삭한 후 세라믹 피연삭물의 표면조도를 3D로 촬영한 사진.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 연삭용 휠에 의해 세라믹 피연삭물을 연삭한 후 세라믹 피연삭물의 표면조도를 3D로 촬영한 사진.

Claims (7)
- 지립을 포함하여 이루어진 원판형의 휠 본체; 및
상기 휠 본체의 회전 축 방향에 대해 일정 각도를 가지고 상기 휠 본체의 외주연에 형성되는 복수 개의 슬롯을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭용 휠.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 슬롯에는 상기 휠 본체보다 연성인 물질로 채워진 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭용 휠.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 연성인 물질은 상기 슬롯에 부분적으로 채워진 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭용 휠.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 연성인 물질은 탄소(carbon) 또는 실리콘(silicon)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭용 휠.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 슬롯은 상기 휠 본체의 상면에서 하면으로 연장되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭용 휠.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 일정 각도는 0도보다 크거나 같고 90도보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭용 휠.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지립은 다이아몬드 또는 SiC인 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭용 휠.
