Claims (5)
- 튜브(12)가 삽입되는 바디(14)와,
상기 바디(14)의 내부에 설치되고, 상기 튜브(12)를 상기 바디(14)에 대하여 자유로이 착탈 가능하게 장착하는 착탈기구(40)를 구비한 파이프 조인트(10)에 있어서,
상기 착탈기구(40)는 정지손톱(66)을 통하여 상기 튜브(12)를 보호하고 지지하는 척(52, chuck)을 포함하고,
상기 정지손톱(66)은,
상기 튜브(12)의 외주면에 맞닿아 접하는 스토퍼부(76)와,
상기 스토퍼부(76)보다도 선단부가 상기 튜브(12)측으로 돌출되어, 상기 튜브(12)의 외주면에 찔러 넣어지는 찌름삽입부(74)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트(10). - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 스토퍼부(76)는, 상기 튜브(12)의 외주면에 맞닿아 접하는 면이 만곡면으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트(10). - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 스토퍼부(76)는,
상기 정지손톱(66)을 구성하는 선단의 일부를 상기 찌름삽입부(74)보다도 길게 형성하여 소정의 위치에서 꺾어 젖힘으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트(10). - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 찌름삽입부(74)는, 상기 척(52)의 축선에 대하여 점 대칭되게 복수로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트(10). - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 정지손톱(66)의 스토퍼부(76)와 찌름삽입부(74)는 탄성을 지닌 판체(板體)로 일체 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트(10).
