Claims (7)
- 트랜스케토라제(Tkt)를 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드의 개시코돈을 ATG로 치환한 변이형 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변이형 폴리뉴클레오티드는 서열번호 17의 염기서열로 표시되는 변이형 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- ATG로 치환된 개시코돈을 가지는, 트랜스케토라제의 효소를 코딩하는 변이형 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함함으로써, 상기 효소의 활성이 내재적 활성보다 증가된 미생물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 미생물은 트랜스케토라제(Tkt)를 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드의 개시코돈을 ATG로 치환한 변이형 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 벡터로 형질전환된 미생물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 미생물은 코리네박테리움 속 미생물인 미생물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 코리네박테리움 속 미생물은 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰(Corynebacterium glutamicum)인 미생물.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 미생물을 배양하는 단계; 및 상기 배양된 미생물 또는 배양 배지로부터 L-라이신을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는, L-라이신을 생산하는 방법.
