도 6은 액셀러레이터 페달의 조작량과 목표 엔진 회전 속도의 관계를 나타내는 도면.
도 7은 브레이크 페달의 조작량과 브레이크압의 관계를 나타내는 도면.
도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 의한 휠 로더에 있어서의 엔진 자동 정지 제어 처리의 동작을 나타낸 흐름도.
Claims (4)
- 작업 차량의 엔진 제어 장치이며,
프론트 장치의 비작동 상태를 판정하는 프론트 장치 비작동 판정부와,
스티어링 장치의 비작동 상태를 판정하는 스티어링 장치 비작동 판정부와,
액셀러레이터 페달의 답입 무상태를 판정하는 페달 답입 무상태 판정부와,
트랜스미션의 중립 상태를 판정하는 중립 상태 판정부와,
파킹 브레이크 장치의 작동 상태를 판정하는 파킹 브레이크 작동 판정부와,
서비스 브레이크 장치의 비작동 상태를 판정하는 서비스 브레이크 비작동 판정부와,
프론트 장치가 비작동 상태, 또한 스티어링 장치가 비작동 상태, 또한 액셀러레이터 페달이 답입 무상태, 또한 트랜스미션이 중립 상태이거나 파킹 브레이크 장치가 작동 상태 중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽의 상태, 또한 서비스 브레이크 장치가 비작동 상태로 되었을 때, 아이들링 스톱 조건이 성립되어 있다고 판정하는 조건 판정부와,
상기 조건 판정부에 의해 아이들링 스톱 조건이 성립되어 있다고 판정되었을 때부터 시간의 계측을 개시하고, 아이들링 스톱 조건의 성립이 유지되어 있는 동안만 시간을 계측하는 시간 계측부와,
상기 시간 계측부에 의해 계측된 시간이, 소정 시간을 경과하였는지의 여부를 판정하는 시간 경과 판정부와,
상기 시간 계측부에서 계측된 시간이 소정 시간을 경과하였다고 상기 시간 경과 판정부에 의해 판정되었을 때에, 엔진을 정지시키는 엔진 자동 정지 제어부를 구비하고 있는, 작업 차량의 엔진 제어 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
엔진의 시동, 운전 및 정지의 적어도 3개의 조작 위치를 갖는 이그니션 스위치를 더 구비하고,
상기 엔진 자동 정지 제어부에 의해 엔진이 정지된 후, 상기 이그니션 스위치가 정지의 조작 위치로 조작되었을 때, 상기 시간 계측부는, 계측한 시간을 리셋하는, 작업 차량의 엔진 제어 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 파킹 브레이크 장치의 작동 상태를 아이들링 스톱 조건으로부터 제외하는 선택 부재를 더 구비하고 있는, 작업 차량의 엔진 제어 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 선택 부재에 의한 상기 파킹 브레이크 장치의 작동 상태가 아이들링 스톱 조건으로부터 제외되어 있을 때, 상기 조건 판정부는, 프론트 장치가 비작동 상태, 또한 스티어링 장치가 비작동 상태, 또한 액셀러레이터 페달이 답입 무상태, 또한 트랜스미션이 중립 상태, 또한 서비스 브레이크 장치가 비작동 상태로 되었을 때, 아이들링 스톱 조건이 성립되어 있다고 판정하는, 작업 차량의 엔진 제어 장치.
