Description
Claims (14)
- 팽창가능 에어백의 솔기 영역을 위한 직물로서, 폴리에스테르로부터 형성되고 약 12% 내지 20%의 파괴점 신장률(elongation at break)을 가지고 또한 100℃에서 0.5% 초과의 순간 열 크리프(instantaneous thermal creep)를 갖는 섬유들을 포함하는, 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유들의 파괴점 신장률은 16% 내지 20% 사이인, 직물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 섬유들의 파괴점 신장률은 약 18%인, 직물.
- 전기한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유들의 순간 열 크리프는 100℃에서 약 1.19% 내지 3.09% 사이인, 직물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 섬유들의 순간 열 크리프는 100℃에서 약 1.9%인, 직물.
- 전기한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유들의 강도(tenacity)는 적어도 700mN/tex인, 직물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 섬유들의 강도(tenacity)는 적어도 770mN/tex인, 직물.
- 전기한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 직물은 상기 직물의 투과성(permeability)을 저감하는 코팅으로 적어도 부분적으로 코팅되는, 직물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 직물은 완전히 또는 실질적으로 비코팅되는, 직물.
- 전기한 항들 중 어느 한 항의 직물을 포함하는 에어백.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 직물은 상기 에어백의 솔기 영역에서 이용되는, 에어백.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상이한 직물이 상기 에어백의 적어도 하나의 다른 영역에서 이용되는, 에어백.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 다른 직물은, 상기 솔기 영역을 형성하는 상기 직물의 상기 섬유들에 비해 100℃에서 더 낮은 값의 순간 열 크리프를 갖는 섬유들을 포함하는, 에어백.
- 제10항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에어백은 일체로 직조된(one piece woven) 에어백인, 에어백.
