Claims (15)
- 의료 장치로서,
마이크로니들(microneedle)들의 어레이(array); 및
상기 마이크로니들의 적어도 일부분 상의 또는 상기 적어도 일부분 내의 코팅을 포함하며,
상기 코팅은 펩티드 치료제 및 아미노산을 포함하고,
상기 펩티드 치료제 및 상기 아미노산 둘 모두는 순 양전하(net positive charge)를 갖거나 또는 이들 둘 모두는 순 음전하(net negative charge)를 갖고, 상기 코팅에는 소르비톨이 실질적으로 존재하지 않는, 의료 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아미노산은 히스티딘, 아르기닌, 라이신, 아스파르트산 또는 글루탐산인, 의료 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 아미노산은 히스티딘인, 의료 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 펩티드 치료제 및 상기 아미노산 각각은 순 양전하를 갖는, 의료 장치.
- 의료 장치로서,
마이크로니들들의 어레이; 및
상기 마이크로니들의 적어도 일부분 상의 또는 상기 적어도 일부분 내의 코팅을 포함하며,
상기 코팅은 펩티드 치료제 및 히스티딘을 포함하고,
상기 히스티딘:상기 펩티드 치료제의 몰비는 2:1 미만인, 의료 장치. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 히스티딘:상기 펩티드 치료제의 몰비는 1.5:1 미만인, 의료 장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 펩티드 치료제는 순 양전하를 갖는, 의료 장치.
- 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 히스티딘은 상기 코팅 중 상기 펩티드 치료제를 안정화시키는, 의료 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로니들들의 어레이는 용해가능한 매트릭스 재료를 포함하거나 또는 상기 마이크로니들들 중 적어도 일부분은 중공 마이크로니들인, 의료 장치.
- 마이크로니들을 포함하는 의료 장치를 제조하는 방법으로서,
펩티드 치료제, 아미노산 및 완충제를 포함하는 수성 조성물을 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 펩티드 치료제 및 상기 아미노산은 상기 수성 조성물에서 둘 모두가 순 양전하를 갖거나 또는 둘 모두가 순 음전하를 갖는, 상기 수성 조성물을 제공하는 단계;
상기 마이크로니들을 상기 수성 조성물과 접촉시키는 단계; 및
상기 수성 조성물의 일부분을 휘발시켜, 적어도 상기 펩티드 치료제 및 상기 아미노산을 포함하는 코팅을 상기 마이크로니들의 적어도 일부분 상에 제공하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법 - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 수성 조성물은 3 내지 11의 범위의 pH를 갖는, 방법.
- 마이크로니들들의 어레이 상의 또는 상기 어레이 내의 펩티드 치료제를 안정화시키는 방법으로서, 아미노산을 상기 마이크로니들들의 어레이 내에 혼입하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 펩티드 치료제 및 상기 아미노산 둘 모두는 순 양전하를 갖거나 또는 이들 둘 모두는 순 음전하를 갖는, 방법.

펩티드 치료제, 히스티딘 및 완충제를 포함하는 수성 조성물을 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 수성 조성물 중 상기 히스티딘:상기 펩티드 치료제의 몰비가 2:1 미만인, 상기 수성 조성물을 제공하는 단계;
상기 마이크로니들을 상기 수성 조성물과 접촉시키는 단계; 및
상기 수성 조성물의 일부분을 휘발시켜, 적어도 상기 펩티드 치료제 및 상기 히스티딘을 포함하는 코팅을 상기 마이크로니들의 적어도 일부분 상에 제공하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
