Description
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 모터 회전자의 일 실시예의 구조를 나타낸 도이다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 모터 회전자의 일 실시예의 영구자석 길이L와 영구자석 너비H를 나타낸 도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 모터 회전자의 일 실시예의 H/L와 모터 효율과의 관계를 나타낸 도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 모터 회전자의 다른 실시예의 구조 및 영구자석 길이L와 영구자석 너비H를 나타낸 도이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 모터 회전자의 다른 실시예의 H/L와 모터 효율과의 관계를 나타낸 도이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 모터 회전자의 H/L와 공극 자기밀도와의 관계를 나타낸 도이다.
Claims (7)
- 철심(10)과, 상기 철심(10)의 내부에 설치된 영구자석(20)을 포함하는 모터 회전자에 있어서,
상기 철심(10)에 상기 철심(10)의 원주 방향에 따라 다수 세트의 안착홈(30)이 설치되고, 각 세트의 상기 안착홈(30)은 각각 상기 철심(10)의 직경 방향에서 비연속적으로 설치된 2개 혹은 2개 이상의 안착홈(30)을 포함하고,
상기 영구자석(20)은 다수 세트로 각 세트의 상기 영구자석(20)중의 각 영구자석(20)이 대응되게 각 세트의 안착홈(30)의 각 상기 안착홈(30)에 삽입되며, 상기 철심(10)의 축방향에 수직되는 영구자석(20)의 절단면에 있어서 상기 영구자석(20)의 상기 철심(10)의 중심으로부터 멀어져가는 측의 두 단말점 사이의 거리를 영구자석 길이L라고 하고
상기 영구자석(20)의 상기 철심(10)의 중심으로부터 멀어져가는 측의 두 단말점의 연결선과 상기 영구자석(20)의 상기 철심(10)의 중심에 접근하는 측의 중점과의 거리를 영구자석 너비H라고 하면 인 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 회전자. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 임의의 한항에 기재된 모터 회전자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
