Claims (10)
- 함불소 올레핀의 광산화를 통하여 퍼플루오로폴리에테르 또는 과불소화 계면활성제를 제조하는 과정 중 생성되는, 소분자량의 부산물을 가수분해 중화하고, 건조 및 크래킹하여 함불소 비닐에테르를 획득하는 것을 포함하는, 함불소 비닐에테르를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소분자량의 부산물은 분자량이 400보다 작은 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 함불소 비닐에테르를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소분자량의 부산물은 -O-CF2(CF3)CFO구조를 지니는 아실플루오라이드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 함불소 비닐에테르를 제조하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 아실플루오라이드는 CF3CF2CF2OCF2(CF3)CFO, CF3OCF2(CF3)CFO 또는 CF3CF2OCF2(CF3)CFO을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 함불소 비닐에테르를 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 소분자량의 부산물은 광산화를 통하여 퍼플루오로폴리에테르 또는 과불소화 계면활성제를 제조하는 산물을 60-70℃로 가열하고 증발시켜 획득되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 함불소 비닐에테르를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해 중화는 알칼리금속 염기용액(alkali metal lye) 중에서 진행되고, pH는 8-10으로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 함불소 비닐에테르를 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해 중화는 교반하는 조건하에서 진행되고, 교반속도는 500-1000r/min으로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 함불소 비닐에테르를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해 중화의 온도는 100℃ 이내로, 바람직하게는 30-50℃로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 함불소 비닐에테르를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 크래킹의 온도는 180℃ 이상, 바람직하게는 190-220℃이며, 크래킹의 시간은 20-30시간인 것을 특징으로 하는, 함불소 비닐에테르를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 광산화를 통하여 퍼플루오로폴리에테르 또는 과불소화 계면활성제의 제조시, 사용되는 함불소 올레핀 단량체는 퍼플루오로프로필렌, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 또는 트리플루오로브로모에틸렌이고, 바람직하게는 퍼플루오로프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는, 함불소 비닐에테르를 제조하는 방법.
