Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 제어방출형 약제학적 조성물의 펠릿 구조를 나타낸다.
도 3a 내지 3c는 본 발명의 실시예 3, 실시예 7 및 비교예 2에 따라 제조된 약물층 코팅 펠릿의 현미경 사진을 나타낸다.
도 4a 내지 4c는 본 발명의 실시예 3, 실시예 7 및 비교예 2에 따라 제조된 약물층 코팅 펠릿의 입도 분포 그래프를 나타낸다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예 3, 비교예 1 및 비교예 2의 약물 방출을 비교하여 나타낸다.
Claims (11)
- 불활성핵 표면에 카르베딜롤과 평균 입자도가 100 ㎛ 이하인 붕해제 및 수용성 중합체를 포함하는 약물층과, 약물층 표면에 pH 5.5 내지 pH 7.4에서 용해되는 중합체 및 고형의 지방성분을 포함하는 서방층이 코팅된 펠릿이 약물 방출에 잠복상태를 가지지 않은 용출 양태를 가지는 제어방출형 경구용 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불활성핵의 평균 입자도가 300 ㎛ 이하인 제어방출형 경구용 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 붕해제의 평균 입자도가 20 ㎛ 이하인 제어방출형 경구용 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 붕해제의 평균 입자도가 10 ㎛ 이하인 제어방출형 경구용 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 붕해제는 크로스카르복시메틸셀룰로오스나트륨, 크로스포비돈, 전분글리콘산나트륨, 전호화전분 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 수용성 중합체는 셀룰로오스 계열로서 메틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시프로필셀룰로오스, 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시에틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시에틸메틸셀룰로오스 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 수용성 중합체는 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리비닐알코올 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, pH 5.5 내지 pH 7.4에서 용해되는 중합체는 메타아크릴산공중합체로서 부틸메타아크릴레이트, 2-디메틸아미노에틸메타아크릴레이트, 메틸메타아크릴레이트, 에틸아크릴레이트, 메타아크릴산, 메틸메타아크릴레이트 및 셀룰로오스 계열의 중합체로서 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스프탈레이트, 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스아세테이트석시네이트, 셀룰로오스아세테이트프탈레이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 고형의 지방성분은 지방산, 지방알코올, 지방산지방알코올에스테르, 지방산글리세롤에스테르, 지방산프로필렌글리콜, 솔비탄지방산에스테르 및 자당지방산에스테르 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 통상적으로 사용되는 가소제, 가용화제 및 안정화제를 추가로 포함하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 약물층 코팅 펠릿을 추가로 포함하는 약제학적 조성물.
