Abstract
환상 올레핀 수지 조성물을 사출 성형하여 이루어지는 프리필드시린지용 외통을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 프리필드시린지용 외통을 성형하기 위한 사출 성형용 금형의 코어의 표면 거칠기가 특정 범위로 조절되고, 프리필드시린지용 외통의 측벽에 대하여 수직으로 입사되는 파장 450nm의 빛이 상기 측벽을 투과했을 때의 광선 투과율이 70% 이상인 프리필드시린지용 외통을 제조한다.

도 2(a)는, 실시예에서 제조된 프리필드시린지용 외통의 치수를 나타내는 도이고, (b)는 금형내의 스프루, 러너, 게이트의 위치를 나타내는 도이다.
도 3은, 광선 투과율의 측정 방법을 설명하기 위한 모식도이다.

Claims (5)
- 환상 올레핀 수지 조성물을 사출 성형하여 이루어지는 프리필드시린지용 외통을 제조하는 방법으로서,
사출 성형 금형을 구성하는 코어의 표면 거칠기(Rz)가 50㎛ 이하인 사출 성형용 금형을 이용하고,
프리필드시린지용 외통의 측벽에 대해서 수직으로 입사하는 파장 450nm의 빛이 상기 측벽을 투과 했을 때의 광선 투과율이 70% 이상인 프리필드시린지용 외통의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 표면 거칠기가, 30㎛ 이상인 프리필드시린지용 외통의 제조방법. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
사출 성형 금형을 구성하는 코어의 구배각이 실질적으로 0도인 프리필드시린지용 외통의 제조방법. - 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코어 표면에는, Ti, Cr, Zr, C, Al 및 Ni에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소를 포함하는 윤활성 경질 피막이 형성되는 프리필드시린지용 외통의 제조방법. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 윤활성 경질 피막은, 다이아몬드 라이크 카본(DLC), CrN, TiN, TiC, TiCN, TiAlN, TiCrN, AlCrN, ZrN, 또는 Ni에서 선택되는 적어도 하나로 구성되는 프리필드시린지용 외통의 제조방법.
