R115 및 R115'는 서로 독립적으로 수소, C6-C18아릴; C1-C18알킬 또는 C1-C18알콕시에 의해 치환된 C6-C18아릴; 1개 이상의 산소 또는 황 원자가 임의로 개재될 수 있는 C1-C25알킬; 또는 C7-C25아릴알킬이고,

- 유기 용매 중 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체의 용액 및/또는 분산액을 적합한 기판에 적용하고 용매를 제거하는 것을 포함하는, 유기 반도체 장치의 제조 방법.
- 광기전력 장치, 포토다이오드 또는 유기 전계 효과 트랜지스터에서의 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 또는 제9항에 따른 유기 반도체 물질, 층 또는 성분의 용도.
- 화학식 에 상응하는 디할로게나이드를 화학식 에 상응하는 디보론산 또는 디보로네이트와 용매 중에서 촉매의 존재 하에 반응시키는 것을 포함하거나; 또는
화학식 에 상응하는 디보론산 또는 디보로네이트를 화학식 에 상응하는 디할로게나이드와 용매 중에서 촉매의 존재 하에 반응시키는 것을 포함하는,
하기 화학식 I의 중합체의 제조 방법; 또는
