Abstract
본 발명은 파쇄 후 혼합을 통해 원료탄의 탄종별로 입도 조정이 가능하므로 균일한 입도의 미분탄을 고로의 풍구에 취입할 수 있다. 따라서 미분탄 취입량의 편차가 감소되고 미분탄의 고로 내 취입을 안정화할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

Claims (5)
- 원료탄을 밀(Mill)로 공급하여 탄종별로 파쇄하는 단계;
상기 탄종별로 파쇄된 미분탄을 각각의 피더(feeder)에 정량 불출하는 단계;
상기 정량 불출된 미분탄을 혼합기(Mixer)에서 혼합하고 미분탄저장조에 장입하는 단계;
상기 미분탄저장조에 장입된 미분탄을 이송호퍼를 통해 취입호퍼로 이송하고, 상기 취입호퍼에서 분사기와 고로 간의 압력차를 규제하여 상기 고로에 연결된 각 풍구에 상기 미분탄을 취입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고로 미분탄 취입방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 원료탄은 반무연탄과 미점탄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고로 미분탄 취입방법. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 원료탄을 밀(Mill)로 공급하여 탄종별로 파쇄하는 단계는,
상기 반무연탄을 제1시일로(silo)에서 전량 불출하여 제1저장호퍼에 장입하는 과정과,
상기 미점탄을 재2시일로(silo)에서 전량 불출하여 제2저장호퍼에 장입하는 과정과,
상기 제1저장호퍼에 장입된 반무연탄을 밀(Mill)로 공급하여 파쇄하는 과정과,
상기 제2저장호퍼에 장입된 미점탄을 밀(Mill)로 공급하여 파쇄하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고로 미분탄 취입방법. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 반무연탄과 상기 미점탄은 상기 제1저장호퍼와 제2저장호퍼에서 이물질 스크린 후 상기 밀(Mill)로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고로 미분탄 취입방법. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 반무연탄과 상기 미점탄은 상기 밀(Mill)에서 입경 75㎛ 이하가 70% 이상 되게 선별 파쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고로 미분탄 취입방법.
