Claims (7)
- (A) 하기 화학식 1:
(화학식 1)
(상기 화학식 1에서 R1은 지방족 불포화기를 포함하지 않는 1가의 비치환 또는 치환 탄화수소기를, R2는 알케닐기를, R3는 각각 독립의 R1 또는 R2에 대해서 나타낸 1가의 기를 나타내고, 상기 화학식 1에서 n 및 m은 랜덤 중합 또는 블럭 중합한 각각의 반복 단위의 합계의 수를 나타내며, n 및 m에 말단기의 수 2를 더한 n+m+2는 질량 평균 중합도를 나타냄)로 표시되고,
상기 질량 평균 중합도가 4,000 내지 10,000이며, 분자 중에 R2를 질량 당 함유량으로서 0.001m㏖/g 이상, 0.3m㏖/g 미만의 비율로 또한 2개 이상 갖는, 알케닐기 함유 폴리오르가노실록산 100 질량부,
(B) 규소 원자에 결합되는 수소 원자를 분자 중에 평균 2개 이상 갖는 폴리오르가노하이드로젠실록산을, 그 규소 원자 결합 수소 원자의, 상기 (A) 성분 중의 알케닐기에 대한 몰비[(B) 성분의 규소 원자에 결합되는 수소 원자의 몰수/(A)성분의 알케닐기의 몰수]가 0.001 내지 5가 되는 양,
(C) 분해 온도가 50 내지 250℃인 유기발포제 0.1 내지 10 질량부,
(D) 실리카 분말 5 내지 200 질량부, 및
(E) 자외선으로 활성화되는 백금계 금속화합물 촉매의 촉매량을 함유하는 실리콘 고무 발포체용 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
추가로 (F) 분해온도가 상기 (C) 성분의 분해온도 이상인 유기 과산화물을, 상기 (A) 성분 100 질량부에 대하여 0.001 내지 10 질량부 함유하는 실리콘 고무 발포체용 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 (E) 백금계 금속화합물 촉매로서 (메틸시클로펜타디에닐)트리메틸 백금을, 상기 (A) 성분 및 (B) 성분의 합계량에 대한 백금 금속 원자 환산으로 0.1 내지 1000 ppm 함유하는 실리콘 고무 발포체용 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 실리콘 고무 발포체용 조성물에, 상기 (C) 유기발포제의 분해온도 미만의 온도에서 자외선을 조사하여, 가교체를 얻는 공정 (1)과,
상기 가교체를, 상기 (C) 유기발포제의 분해온도 이상의 온도에서 가열 처리하여, 실리콘 고무 발포체를 얻는 공정 (2)를 갖는 실리콘 고무 발포체의 제조방법. - 제 4 항에 기재된 방법으로 얻어지는 실리콘 고무 발포체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
발포 배율이 1.1 내지 6 배인 실리콘 고무 발포체. - 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 발포체 단면의 1.65㎟ 당 존재하는 전체 셀 단면을, 현미경 화상을 사용해서 계측하여 얻어지는 평균 셀 직경이 10 내지 700㎛인 실리콘 고무 발포체.
