Claims (14)
- 단일 입력으로 작업 머신의 작업 부가 장치를 동작하기 위한 방법으로서:
(a) 리프팅 레버 위치 입력을 수신하고, 리프팅 레버 위치 입력을 요구된 리프팅 스피드에 상관하는 단계와;
(b) 요구된 리프팅 스피드를 만족시키기 위해서, 엔진 스피드, 펌프 변위 및 리프팅 제어 밸브 중 적어도 2개를 자동으로 제어하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
리프팅 레버 위치를 요구된 리프팅 스피드에 상관하는 단계가 요구된 리프팅 스피드를 흐름 상태 설정 포인트에 상관하는 단계를 더 포함하고, 자동으로 제어하는 단계가 흐름 상태 설정 포인트를 만족시키기 위해서, 엔진 스피드, 펌프 변위 및 리프팅 제어 밸브 중 적어도 2개를 자동으로 제어하는 단계를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
자동으로 제어하는 단계가, 리프팅 제어 밸브가 요구된 리프팅 스피드를 만족하도록 조절되는 한편 엔진 스피드가 일정한 최소 스피드에서 유지되고, 펌프가 일정한 최소 변위 설정에서 유지되는 제어의 제1존을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
자동으로 제어하는 단계가, 펌프 변위가 요구된 리프팅 스피드를 만족하도록 조절되는 한편 엔진 스피드가 일정한 최소 스피드에서 유지되고, 리프팅 제어 밸브가 완전히 개방을 유지하는 제어의 제2존을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
자동으로 제어하는 단계가, 엔진 스피드가 요구된 리프팅 스피드를 만족하도록 조절되는 한편 펌프가 최대 변위 설정에서 유지되고, 리프팅 제어 밸브가 완전히 개방을 유지하는 제어의 제3존을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
제어의 제1, 제2 및 제3존들이, 리프팅 스피드 요구 조건을 만족시키기 위해서 제어의 제1존으로부터 제어의 제3존으로 순차적으로 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
제어 밸브가 완전히 개방되고 요구된 리프팅 스피드가 달성되지 않을 때, 시스템은 제어의 제1존으로부터 제어의 제2존으로 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
펌프가 최대 변위이고 요구된 리프팅 스피드가 달성되지 않을 때, 시스템은 제어의 제2존으로부터 제어의 제3존으로 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
엔진이 최소 스피드이고 요구된 리프팅 스피드가 초과될 때, 시스템은 제어의 제3존으로부터 제어의 제2존으로 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
펌프 변위가 최소 설정이고 요구된 리프팅 스피드가 초과될 때, 시스템은 제어의 제2존으로부터 제어의 제1존으로 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
(a) 작업 부가 장치와 연관된 유압 시스템 내의 작업 회로의 동작이 작동하는 표시를 수신하는 단계와;
(b) 유압 시스템 내의 펌프가 작업 회로와 유체 교통하게 위치되고, 자동으로 제어하는 단계에 앞서서 펌프가 유압 시스템의 구동 회로로부터 차폐되는 작업 회로 기본 모드로 유압 시스템을 위치시키는 단계를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 단일 입력으로 작업 머신의 작업 부가 장치를 동작하기 위한 방법으로서:
(a) 리프팅 레버 위치 입력을 수신하고, 리프팅 레버 위치 입력을 요구된 리프팅 스피드에 상관하는 단계와;
(b) 요구된 리프팅 스피드를 만족시키기 위해서, 엔진 스피드, 펌프 변위 및 리프팅 제어 밸브 중 적어도 하나를 자동으로 제어하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
자동으로 제어하는 단계가, 엔진 스피드를 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
리프팅 레버가 리프팅 제어 밸브에 기계적으로 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
