Claims (7)
- 통과하는 유체의 압력을 제어하는 제어 밸브이며,
상기 유체를 통과시키는 시트부를 갖는 밸브 시트와,
상기 밸브 시트에 삽입되어 상기 시트부와의 사이에서 상기 유체의 압력을 조정하는 포핏 밸브와,
상기 밸브 시트에 설치되어 상기 포핏 밸브에 의해 압력이 조정된 유체를 정류하는 유체 정류부를 구비하는, 제어 밸브. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체 정류부는 밸브 시트의 단부에 설치되는, 제어 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포핏 밸브와 상기 유체 정류부의 사이에 설치되는 포핏 하류로와,
상기 유체 정류부의 하류측에 설치되어 상기 포핏 밸브를 구동하는 피스톤에 의해 구획 형성되는 제어압실을 더 구비하며,
상기 유체 정류부는 상기 포핏 하류로와 상기 제어압실을 연통시키는 연통로를 구비하는, 제어 밸브. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 연통로는 상기 유체 정류부에 형성되는 홈에 의해 구획 형성되는, 제어 밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 연통로는 상기 유체 정류부에 형성되는 구멍에 의해 구획 형성되는, 제어 밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 연통로는 유로 단면적이 하류측을 향하여 점차 크게 형성되는, 제어 밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 연통로는 상기 포핏 하류로로부터 상기 포핏 밸브의 직경 방향으로 연장되는, 제어 밸브.
