Claims (5)
- 내연 기관으로부터의 배기로부터 열을 회수하는 배기열 회수 장치에 있어서,
상류측으로부터의 배기를 하류측으로 유도하는 배기관과,
상기 배기관의 외측을 덮는 통 형상 쉘과,
상기 배기관과 상기 통 형상 쉘 사이에 설치되어 상기 배기와 열교환 매체 사이에서 열교환을 행하는 배기열 회수부를 구비하고,
상기 배기열 회수부 내에는, 열교환 매체 유로가 형성된 복수의 재킷 부품을 적층한 적층체가 설치되고, 상기 적층체에서는, 상기 복수의 재킷 부품의 각 열교환 매체 유로가 서로 직렬로 접속되어 있고,
상기 배기관 외주와 상기 적층체와의 사이에는, 상기 배기관을 지난 상기 배기가 통과하는 제1 간극이 형성되고,
상기 적층체를 구성하는 복수의 상기 재킷 부품끼리의 사이에는, 상기 제1 간극을 통과한 상기 배기가 통과하는 제2 간극이 형성되고,
상기 통 형상 쉘 내주와 상기 적층체 사이에는, 상기 제2 간극을 통과한 상기 배기가 통과하는 제3 간극이 형성되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,
배기열 회수 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 재킷 부품은 평평하고, 원호상의 형상을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,
배기열 회수 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
링 형상의 열교환 매체 유로를 형성하는 단부품을 추가로 구비하고,
상기 재킷 부품은, 대략 반원호상의 형상을 가지고 있음과 동시에, 복수의 상기 재킷 부품을 적층한 상기 적층체를, 재킷 부품 조립체로서 2개 구비하고,
상기 단부품 상에, 2개의 상기 재킷 부품 조립체를 서로 대향하여 배치하고,
2개의 상기 재킷 부품 조립체의 상기 열교환 매체 유로의 각각을, 상기 단부품의 상기 열교환 매체 유로를 개재하여 직렬로 접속하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,
배기열 회수 장치. - 제1 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 재킷 부품은, 2개의 반체를 가지며, 상기 2개의 반체를 서로 맞댐으로써 내부에 상기 열교환 매체 유로를 형성하고 있고,
2개의 반체 중 한쪽 상기 반체의 단부측에 유입구를 형성함과 함께, 다른쪽 상기 반체에는, 상기 유입구가 설치되어 있는 상기 단부와는 반대의 단부측에 유출구를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
배기열 회수 장치. - 제1 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 내연 기관의 난기 시에, 상기 배기를 상기 배기열 회수부로 유도하는 전환 밸브를 추가로 구비하고,
상기 전환 밸브는, 돔 형상의 밸브체를 가지며, 상기 배기관으로부터 유출되는 상기 배기를 상기 밸브체에 닿게 하여 상기 제1 간극으로 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
배기열 회수 장치.
