Abstract
본 발명에 따른 열연강판 제조 방법은 탄소(C) : 0.07 ~ 0.11 중량%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.03 중량% 이하, 망간(Mn) : 1.2 ~ 1.4 중량%, 인(P) : 0.015 중량% 이하, 황(S) : 0.005 중량% 이하, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.005 ~ 0.015 중량%, 크롬(Cr) : 0.01 ~ 0.02 중량%, 몰리브덴(Mo) : 0.01 ~ 0.2 중량% 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 강 슬라브 판재를 SRT(Slab reheating temperature) : 1140 ~ 1200℃로 재가열하는 단계; 상기 재가열된 슬라브 판재를 FDT(Finishing Delivery Temperature) : 840 ~ 880℃로 열간 압연하는 단계; 상기 열간 압연한 판재를 냉각한 후, 권취하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (7)
- (a) 탄소(C) : 0.07 ~ 0.11 중량%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.03 중량% 이하, 망간(Mn) : 1.2 ~ 1.4 중량%, 인(P) : 0.015 중량% 이하, 황(S) : 0.005 중량% 이하, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.005 ~ 0.015 중량%, 크롬(Cr) : 0.01 ~ 0.02 중량%, 몰리브덴(Mo) : 0.01 ~ 0.2 중량% 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 강 슬라브 판재를 SRT(Slab reheating temperature) : 1140 ~ 1200℃로 재가열하는 단계;
(b) 상기 재가열된 슬라브 판재를 FDT(Finishing Delivery Temperature) : 840 ~ 880℃로 열간 압연하는 단계;
(c) 상기 열간 압연한 판재를 냉각한 후, 권취하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열연강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서,
상기 탄소(C) 및 망간(Mn)은 하기 식 1을 만족하는 범위로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열연강판 제조 방법.
식 1 : 1.2 ≤ [Mn]/[C] ≤ 1.4 ([ ]는 각 성분의 중량%)
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계에서,
상기 냉각은
CT(Coiling Temperature) : 600 ~ 640℃로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열연강판 제조 방법.
- 탄소(C) : 0.07 ~ 0.11 중량%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.03 중량% 이하, 망간(Mn) : 1.2 ~ 1.4 중량%, 인(P) : 0.015 중량% 이하, 황(S) : 0.005 중량% 이하, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.005 ~ 0.015 중량%, 크롬(Cr) : 0.01 ~ 0.02 중량%, 몰리브덴(Mo) : 0.01 ~ 0.2 중량% 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지며,
항복강도(YP) : 400 ~ 480 MPa, 인장강도(TS) : 600 ~ 700 MPa 및 연신율(El) : 15% 이상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열연강판.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 탄소(C) 및 망간(Mn)은 하기 식 1을 만족하는 범위로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열연강판.
식 1 : 1.2 ≤ [Mn]/[C] ≤ 1.4 ([ ]는 각 성분의 중량%)
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 열연강판은
0℃에서의 충격 에너지 : 250 ~ 350 J을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열연강판.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 열연강판은
항복비 : 70 % 이하를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열연강판.
