Claims (8)
- 하기 성분 (A), (B) 및 (C), 및 용제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연 피막 형성용 피복제:
(A) : 고형분으로 환산하여 100질량부인 수계 카르복실기함유 수지,
(B) : 고형분으로 환산하여 100질량부인 상기 (A)성분에 대하여, 고형분으로 환산하여 40질량부 초과 150질량부 미만인 알루미늄 함유 산화물, 및
(C) : 고형분으로 환산하여 100질량부인 상기 (A)성분에 대하여, 고형분으로 환산하여 20질량부 초과 100질량부 미만인 멜라민, 이소시아네이트 및 옥사졸린으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 가교제. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연 피막 형성용 피복제에, 하기 성분 (D)를 더 함유하는 절연 피막 형성용 피복제:
(D) : 고형분으로 환산하여 100질량부인 상기 (A)성분에 대하여, 고형분으로 환산하여 10질량부 초과 150질량부 이하인 Ti함유 산화물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 성분 (A)의 수계 카르복실기함유 수지의 산가가 15∼45mgKOH/g인 절연 피막 형성용 피복제. - 전자강판 표면의 편면 또는 양면에, 하기 성분 (A), (B) 및 (C) 및 용제를 함유하는 피복제를 도포하여 절연 피막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연 피막 부착 전자강판의 제조 방법:
(A) : 고형분으로 환산하여 100질량부인 수계 카르복실기함유 수지,
(B) : 고형분으로 환산하여 100질량부인 상기 (A)성분에 대하여, 고형분으로 환산하여 40질량부 초과 150질량부 미만인 알루미늄 함유 산화물, 및
(C) : 고형분으로 환산하여 100질량부인 상기 (A)성분에 대하여, 고형분으로 환산하여 20질량부 초과 100질량부 미만인 멜라민, 이소시아네이트 및 옥사졸린으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 가교제. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 피복제에, 하기 성분 (D)를 더 함유하는 절연 피막 부착 전자강판의 제조 방법:
(D) : 고형분으로 환산하여 100질량부인 상기 (A)성분에 대하여, 고형분으로 환산하여 10질량부 초과 150질량부 이하인 Ti함유 산화물. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
상기 성분 (A)의 수계 카르복실기함유 수지의 산가가 15∼45mgKOH/g인 절연 피막 부착 전자강판의 제조 방법. - 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 절연 피막의 편면 당의 부착량이 0.9g/m2 이상 20g/m2 이하인 절연 피막 부착 전자강판의 제조 방법. - 제4항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 형성된 절연 피막을 구비하는 절연 피막 부착 전자강판.
