Abstract
이에, 내수성과 성형이 용이하고 인쇄적성이 우수하며 두께가 얇으나 강도가 높으며, 난연 효과가 높은 건축용 내장재가 제공된다. 본 발명 제품은 또한, 친환경성이라 폐기 처분시 환경오염이 없고, 장기간 보관해야 하는 건축용 내장재로 적합하며, 낮은 원가로 대량 공급이 가능한 효과가 있다. 또 기능면에서는 자외선 차단 및 내화, 내유, 방수, 방습, 난연, 내구성이 우수한 특징이 있다.

Claims (6)
- 기재층;과 인쇄기재층, 인쇄층 및 표면층으로 된 표면시트층; 그리고 상기 기재층과 표면시트층 두층을 결합시키는 접착제층;으로 구성된 건축용 내장재의 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 건축용 내장재의 기재층은 탄산칼슘이 주성분인 미네랄 15∼60중량부; 와 천연펄프 3∼40중량부; 와 폴리올레핀 수지 28∼75.3중량부; 기타 첨가제 1.5~4중량부로 구성된 광물조성물을 원료로 하여 인플레이션 성형 또는 T-다이 압출성형 공정에 의해 성형물로 제조함을 특징으로 하는 펄프-미네랄 광물조성물을 이용한 건축용 내장재의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기타 첨가제는 정전기 방지제, 발포제, 커프링제, 윤활제, 난연제, 제습제 중에서 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 첨가제로서 전체 광물조성물에 대해 1.5~4중량부로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 펄프-미네랄 광물조성물을 이용한 건축용 내장재의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제 중 액상 첨가제는 압출성형 공정 중간에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 펄프-미네랄 혼합물을 이용한 건축용 내장재의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 압출성형 공정에는 원료물질을 발포시켜 압출하는 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄프-미네랄 혼합물을 이용한 건축용 내장재의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 성형물은 필름, 판재, 시트 중 어느 한 형태를 가지며, 바닥재, 벽재, 천장재 중 어느 하나로 사용이 가능한 것임을 특징으로 하는 펄프-미네랄 광물조성물을 이용한 건축용 내장재의 제조방법.
- 제 5항의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 건축용 내장재.
