Abstract
Description
- 도 1은 본 발명의 공정 수행에 사용되는 압출기의 개략도를 도해하고;
- 도 2 및 3은 상이한 촉매가 사용되거나 촉매가 사용되지 않은 것과 비교하여, 이미다졸 및 이의 유도체의 존재에서 활성화 시 에폭시 수지의 발열성 동종중합 반응을 도해하고;
- 도 4는 도 2에서와 같이 가공된 샘플의 에폭시 수지의 가교를 평가하기 위한 DSC(시차 주사 열량계) 분석의 그래프를 도해하고;
- 도 5는 PET 열가소성 매트릭스 중의 에폭시 동종중합체의 나노분산물의 원자간력 현미경(AFM)으로써 수득된 사진을 나타낸다.

Claims (11)
- PET 폼의 제조를 위한 방법에 있어서, PET, 에폭시 수지, 이미다졸, 이미다졸의 유도체 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 촉매 및 발포제의 혼합물의 압출을 포함하고, 여기서 에폭시 상(phase)의 동종중합 반응은 압출기에서, 발포제의 주입의 상류에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 및 제3항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 용융 및 혼합 단계(1)에서 액체 상태의 촉매로써 PET와 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 압출기 내부에서 일어나는 동종중합 공정(반응성 압출)을 거치는 단계(3)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 단계(3)에서 나노분산물이 연속적 PET 물질 내부에서 에폭시 동종중합체 입자를 대체하고, 반응 환경에서 PET 사슬의 화학적 구조가 변하지 않고 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전술한 청구항 중 하나 이상의 항에 있어서, 상기 분산물로의 발포제의 주입 (5)을 위한 단계(6), 냉각 단계(7) 및 발포 단계(8)을 또한 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전술한 청구항 중 하나 이상에 따르는 방법에 의하여 수득됨을 특징으로 하는 PET 폼.
- 제10항에 따르는 폼으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 팽창 재료의 물체.
