Claims (8)
- 석탄과, 최대 입경이 1 ∼ 2 ㎜ 인 철광석을 혼합하여 성형물을 제조하고, 그 성형물을 건류시켜, 페로코크스를 제조하고,
상기 바인더가, 석탄과 철광석의 합계량에 대해, 4 ∼ 6 mass% 의 첨가량을 갖고,
상기 석탄은 미점결탄과 비점결탄을 배합한 것을 사용하고,
상기 페로코크스가 5 ∼ 8 cc 의 사이즈를 갖는, 페로코크스의 제조 방법. - 석탄과, 최대 입경이 0.25 ∼ 1 ㎜ 인 철광석을 혼합하여 성형물을 제조하고, 그 성형물을 건류시켜, 페로코크스를 제조하고,
상기 바인더가, 석탄과 철광석의 합계량에 대해, 4 ∼ 6 mass% 의 첨가량을 갖고,
상기 석탄은 미점결탄과 비점결탄을 배합한 것을 사용하고,
상기 페로코크스가 5 ∼ 8 cc 의 사이즈를 갖는, 페로코크스의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 석탄과 상기 철광석의 혼합이 140 ~ 160 ℃ 의 온도에서 혼련함으로써 실시되는 페로코크스의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 성형물이 더블 롤 성형기에서 4 ~ 5 t/㎝ 의 선압으로 성형되는, 페로코크스의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 석탄이 2 ㎜ 이하의 입경을 갖는 페로코크스의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 철광석의 철 함유율이 55 ∼ 63 mass% 인 페로코크스의 제조 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 철광석의 철 함유율이 63 mass% 초과인 페로코크스의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 철광석의 배합률이 1 ∼ 40 mass% 인 페로코크스의 제조 방법.
