Description
- 도 1은 건물에 대한 종래 난방 시스템 설비의 도면을 도시한다;
- 도 2는 수정된 외부 온도를 결정하기 위한 시스템을 포함하는 본 발명에 따른 난방 시스템 설비의 전반적인 블록도를 도시한다;
- 도 3은 수정된 외부 온도를 결정하기 위한 상기 시스템의 상세 도면을 도시한다; 및
- 도 4는 사용자들에 의한 사용을 위한 제어 패널의 일 예를 도시한다.
Claims (12)
- 보일러에 의해 가열된 열 전달 유체를 사용하는 건물에 대한 난방 시스템 설비의 온도 제어 시스템으로서,
입력 유체 서킷(circuit), 라디에이터(radiator)들, 유체 복귀 서킷, 상기 입력 유체 서킷에 공급하기 위하여 상기 보일러로부터 인입하는 유체와 상기 복귀 유체를 혼합하는 혼합 밸브, 및 상기 입력 유체의 온도가 설정치 온도에 종속(subject)되게 하는 방식으로 동작하도록 상기 혼합 밸브를 제어하기 위한 제어 디바이스를 포함하며, 기후 조건들을 예측하기 위한 제 1 수단, 상기 건물 내의 내부 온도를 예측하기 위한 제 2 수단, 상기 건물의 사용자들을 위한 쾌적 온도를 생성하기 위한 제 3 수단을 더 포함하고,
상기 제 2 수단(31) 및 상기 제 3 수단(40)에 의해 제공되는 정보에 기초하여 초기 흐름 온도를 최적화하기 위한 제 4 수단(42), 및
상기 복귀 유체(501)의 온도 및 상기 제 4 수단(32)의 출력에 기초하여, 수정된 외부 온도를 결정하고, 수정된 외부 온도(Tem)에 대응하는 정보를 상기 제어 회로(20)에 제공하는 회로(50)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제 1 수단(20)은 외부 온도에 대한 판독(reading)(60) 및 태양광에 대한 판독(110)에 대응하는 정보 수신하고 제 1 외부 온도 벡터(201) 및 제 2 태양광 벡터(202)의 k 컴포넌트들을 공급하며, 상기 k 컴포넌트들은 k 장래 기본(elementary) 기간들에 대한 상기 외부 온도 및 태양광에 대한 예측들을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는, 시스템.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 제 1 수단(20)은 입력 값들의 선형 결합(linear combination)을 생성하는 신경망을 포함하며, 상기 입력 값들의 각각은 예측된 값 및 실제 값의 함수로써 조정 수단에 의해 정정될 수 있는 가중 계수가 할당되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 수단(31)은 입력으로서 외부 조건들의 예측들에 관한 상기 정보 및 판독들(201, 202), 상기 내부 온도 값(301), 자체 출력 정보뿐만 아니라, 상기 제 4 수단(32)의 출력 정보를 수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 제 2 수단(31)은 입력 값들의 선형 결합을 생성하는 신경망을 포함하며, 상기 입력 값들의 각각은 예측된 값 및 실제 값의 함수로써 조정 수단에 의해 정정될 수 있는 가중 계수가 할당되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 수정된 외부 온도를 결정하기 위한 상기 회로(50)는 PID 타입의 제어 회로인 것을 특징으로 하는, 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 3 수단(40)은 상기 건물의 상기 사용자에 의해 희망되는 온도의 값(90), 상기 사용자의 존재를 나타내는 값 및/또는 창문 개방 및 동작 모드를 나타내는 값에 대응하는 정보를 수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 제 3 수단(40)은 사용자들에 관한 이전의 이력 데이터를 고려할 수 있는 학습 기능을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 수단(20), 제 2 수단(31), 제 3 수단(40), 및 제 4 수단(32) 및 상기 수정된 외부 온도를 결정하기 위한 상기 회로(50)는 상기 건물의 상기 난방 시스템에 인터넷 연결을 통해 링크된 원격지에 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 9 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 라디에이터들은 상기 건물의 바닥(floor)들에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 10 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열 전달 유체 매체는 공기인 것을 특징으로 하는, 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 11 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제어 시스템은 종래의 현존 시스템 설비를 수정하지 않고 상기 종래의 현존 시스템 설비에 연결될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제어 시스템.
