도 1 은 본 발명의 제 1 실시예에 따른 펌프 설비의 블록 다이아그램이다.
도 2 는 제 1 양변위 기계에 의해서만 비워지는, 감싸인 체적 안의 펌프 용량의 전개("펌프 비율(pumping rate)"로도 지칭됨)를 나타내는 개략적인 도면이다.
도 3 은 도 2 의 펌프 용량의 전개에 대응하는, 제 1 양변위 기계의 온도 전개를 나타내는 개략적인 다이아그램이다.
도 4 는 제 2 양변위 기계에 의해서만 비워지는, 감싸인 체적 안의 펌프 용량의 전개를 나타내는 개략적인 다이아그램이다.

30. 제 3 양변위 기계 VE. 감싸인 체적
Claims (15)
- 적어도 하나의 제 1 양변위 기계(positive displacement machine, 10) 및 하나의 제 2 양변위 기계(20)와 제어 모듈(MC)을 포함하는 펌프 설비(IP)로서, 상기 펌프 설비(IP)에서 기체는 감싸인 체적(VE)으로부터 제 1 양변위 기계(10) 및/또는 제 2 양변위 기계(20)에 의하여 비워지고,
펌프 설비(IP)는, 펌프 설비(IP)의 유출부와 감싸인 체적(VE) 사이의 기체 유동을 제어하기 위하여, 제 1 양변위 기계(10)의 유출부에서의 온도 값을 감지하기 위한 온도 센서(TP) 및/또는 제 1 양변위 기계(10)의 유출부에서의 압력값을 감지하기 위한 압력 센서(CP)와 제어 모듈(MC)에 의해 제어되는 적어도 하나의 제어 밸브(VC)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 펌프 설비. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
제어 밸브(VC)는, 기체가 제 1 양변위 기계(10)에 의해서만 펌핑되는 제 1 과정(course)과 기체가 제 1 양변위 기계(10) 및 제 2 양변위 기계(20)에 의해서 펌핑되는 제 2 과정 사이에서 기체 유동을 전환시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 펌프 설비. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
제 1 양변위 기계(10)는 드라이 펌프(dry pump)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 펌프 설비. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
제 1 양변위 기계(10)는 스크류 펌프인 것을 특징으로 하는, 펌프 설비. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제 2 양변위 기계(20)는 베인 펌프(vane pump)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 펌프 설비. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
펌프 설비는, 감싸인 체적(VE)과 제 1 양변위 기계(10) 사이에 직렬로 연결된, 제 3 양변위 기계(30)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 펌프 설비. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
제 3 양변위 기계(30)는 루트 펌프(Roots pump)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 펌프 설비. - 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제 2 양변위 기계(20)는 냉각 메카니즘을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 펌프 설비. - 적어도 하나의 제 1 양변위 기계(10) 및 하나의 제 2 양변위 기계(20)와, 제어 모듈(MC)을 포함하는 펌프 설비(IP)의 제어 방법으로서, 펌프 설비(IP)에서 기체는 감싸인 체적(VE)으로부터 제 1 양변위 기계(10) 및/또는 제 2 양변위 기계(20)에 의하여 비워지고,
적어도 하나의 제어 밸브(VC)는, 펌프 설비(IP)의 유출부와 감싸인 체적(VE) 사이의 기체 유동을 제어하기 위하여, 제 1 양변위 기계(10)의 유출부에서의 온도의 값을 감지하는 온도 센서(TP)에 의하여 그리고/또는 제 1 양변위 기계(10)의 유출부에서의 압력을 감지하는 압력 센서(CP)에 의하여 수신된 데이터를 이용함으로써 제어 모듈(MC)에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 펌프 설비의 제어 방법. - 전기한 항에 있어서,
기체의 유동은, 기체가 제 1 양변위 기계(10)에 의해서만 펌핑되는 제 1 과정과 기체가 제 1 양변위 기계(10) 및 제 2 양변위 기계(20)에 의해서 펌핑되는 제 2 과정 사이에서 제어 밸브(VC)에 의하여 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 펌프 설비의 제어 방법. - 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,
감싸인 체적(VE)과 제 1 양변위 기계(10) 사이에 직렬로 연결된 제 3 양변위 기계(30)가 펌프 설비(IP)에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 펌프 설비의 제어 방법. - 제 9 항 내지 제 11 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
온도 센서(TP)에 의해 제 1 양변위 기계(10)의 유출부에서 감지된 온도가 미리 결정된 값 미만일 때, 제어 밸브(VC)는 도관(LP3)을 통한 기체의 통과를 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 펌프 설비의 제어 방법. - 제 9 항 내지 제 12 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
미리 결정된 온도를 초과하는 온도가 제 1 양변위 기계(10)의 유출부에서 온도 센서(TP)에 의해 검출될 때, 제어 모듈(MC)은 도관(LP3)을 개방하도록 제어 밸브(VC)를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 펌프 설비의 제어 방법. - 제 9 항 내지 제 13 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
미리 결정된 온도는 펌핑되는 기체의 따라서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 펌프 설비의 제어 방법. - 제 9 항 내지 제 14 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
미리 결정된 온도는, 제어 밸브(VC)의 제어에서 이용될 수 있도록 각각의 실재(實在)하는 적용예에 대하여 실제적(實際的)인 방식으로 결정되어 제어 모듈(MC) 안에 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 펌프 설비의 제어 방법.
