Abstract
Description
(A) 루틴, (B), 나린진, (C) 헤스페리딘, (D) 케르세틴, (E) TNG(tangeretin). 각 물질의 양은 표준품과 비교하여 결정하였음.
도 2는 고지방식이를 제공하면서 β-아밀로이드를 주사한 랫트에 28일 동안 유자 추출물을 투여 또는 비투여한 다음, 해마를 적출하여 면역염색을 실시한 결과이다.
녹색점은 β-아밀로이드 염색을 나타냄, AD-C, β-아밀로이드(25-35) 주사; AD-Y, β-아밀로이드(25-35) + 유자 추출물 투여; C, β-아밀로이드(35-25, non-AD) 주사.
도 3은 고지방식이를 제공하면서 β-아밀로이드를 주사한 랫트에 28일 동안 유자 추출물을 투여 또는 비투여한 다음, 기억, 인지 기능 및 행동 변화를 측정한 결과이다.
(a) 수중 미로 시험 동안 플랫폼 지역을 찾는데 걸리는 시간(초), (b) 수중 미로 시험 동안 5일째에 플랫폼 지역에 머무르는 기간 및 수동회피시험(passive avoidance test)에서 어두운 곳으로 들어가는 시간(초). 에러바는 ± 표준편차를 나타냄, n=20. CREB(cAMP responding element binding protein), pCREB(인산화 CREB), Akt, 단백질 키나아제 B, pAKT(인산화 Akt), GSK(glycongen synthase kinase), pGSK(인산화 GSK), Tau(Tau 단백질), pTau(인산화 Tau 단백질), (b) 각 막대는 ± 표준편차를 나타냄, n=5. 평균에 위첨자로 적혀 있는 알파벳이 같지 않으면 P<0.05에서 통계적으로 유의한 것임.
도 5는 고지방식이를 제공하면서 β-아밀로이드를 주사한 랫트에 28일 동안 유자 추출물을 투여 또는 비투여한 다음, 경구포도당 내성시험을 실시하여 혈청 글루코오스 및 인슐린의 곡선하면적을 측정한 결과이다.
글루코오스(a) 및 인슐린(b)의 곡선하면적은 첫 번째 단계(0-40분) 및 두 번째 단계(40-120분)에 측정하였음. 에러바는 ± 표준편차를 나타냄, n=20. 평균에 위첨자로 적혀 있는 알파벳이 같지 않으면 P<0.05에서 통계적으로 유의한 것임. AD-C, β-아밀로이드(25-35) 주사; AD-Y, β-아밀로이드(25-35) + 유자 추출물 처리; C, β-아밀로이드(35-25, non-AD) 주사.

Claims (11)
- 유자(Citrus junos Tanaka) 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 기억력 및 학습 능력 증진용 조성물.
- 유자(Citrus junos Tanaka) 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 인지기능장애(cognitive disorder) 예방 또는 치료용 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 유자 추출물은 물, 알코올 또는 이들의 혼합 용매의 추출물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 뇌조직의 베타-아밀로이드 축적(accumulation)을 억제시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 Tau 단백질의 인산화를 억제시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 인지기능 장애는 치매, 파킨슨병, 빈스완거 병, 학습장애, 경도 인지 장애, 픽병, 실인증, 건망증, 실어증, 실행증 또는 섬망인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- (a) 상기 제 2 항의 조성물의 치료학적 유효량; 및 (b) 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체를 포함하는 인지기능장애 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물.
- 유자(Citrus junos Tanaka) 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 혈당 항상성(homeostasis) 손상의 예방용 조성물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 인슐린 저항성을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 유자(Citrus junos Tanaka) 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 기억력 및 학습 능력 증진용 식품 조성물.
