Claims (15)
- 캐비티를 구성하는 몰드를 제공하는 단계;
상기 몰드 캐비티에 미립자 구성분을 배치하는 단계;
상기 캐비티 개구부를 커버하기 위해서 상기 몰드에 인접해서 박판층 구성분을 배치하는 단계;
가연성 열원을 형성하기 위해서 상기 미립자 구성분을 압축하는 단계로 이루어지되
여기서, 압축 단계 중에, 펀치와 몰드를 이용해서 상기 박판층 구성분을 펀칭하는 것에 의해 베리어를 형성하고 상기 펀치는 상기 미립자 구성분을 압축하고상기 가연성 열원에 상기 베리어가 부착되도록 상기 베리어 상에 작동하는 것으로 이루어지는 베리어를 가지는 가연성 열원을 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가연성 열원과 상기 베리어 사이에 접착제가 제공되는 것으로 추가로 하여 이루어지는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 상기 몰드에 인접해서 배치되기 전에 박판층 구성분에 적용되는 것을 추가로 하여 이루어지는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 분무 건; 롤러 및 슬롯 건 중 적어도 하나에 의해서 적용되는 방법.
- 상기 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 미립자 구성분은 결합제와 함께 제공되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 상기 가연성 열원을 상기 베리어에 결합시키도록 구성되어 있는 방법.
