Claims (7)
- 고분자 기재 필름 및 그의 일면 또는 양면에 형성되는 하드코팅층을 포함하는 항블록킹 하드코팅 필름에 있어서,
상기 하드코팅층은 중공형 실리카를 포함하는 UV 경화성 고분자 조성물로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 항블록킹 하드코팅 필름. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중공형 실리카는 UV 경화성 고분자 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 10 내지 60 중량부로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 항블록킹 하드코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중공형 실리카의 입경은 0.01 내지 0.03 μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 항블록킹 하드코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 UV 경화성 고분자 조성물은 자외선 경화 수지, 광중합성 화합물, 광개시제 및 유기용매를 포함하며,
상기 자외선 경화 수지는 폴리카보네이트 다이올을 함유하는 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머인 것을 특징으로 하는 항블록킹 하드코팅 필름. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 다이올을 함유하는 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머는 중량평균분자량이 6,000 내지 10,000g/mol인 것을 특징으로 하는 항블록킹 하드코팅 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 UV 경화성 고분자 조성물은 폴리카보네이트 다이올을 함유하는 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머 100 중량부를 기준으로 광경화성 물질 20 내지 60 중량부 및 광중합 개시제 3 내지 10 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항블록킹 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머에 포함되는 폴리카보네이트 다이올의 함량은 몰분율로 0.1 내지 0.7인 것을 특징으로 하는 항블록킹 하드코팅 필름.
