Claims (5)
- 내부에 공간을 가지는 하우징;
상기 하우징의 일측에 배치되는 제1전자석;
상기 하우징의 타측에 배치되고 상기 제1전자석과 다른 극성을 가지도록 제2전자석;
상기 공간 내에 이동가능하도록 설치되고, 상기 공간을 상기 제1전자석 측의 제1공간과 상기 제2전자석측의 제2공간으로 상호 격리되도록 구분하는 영구자석을 가지는 피스톤;
상기 제1공간에 설치되어 부압시에만 외부로부터 유체를 흡입하는 제1흡입포트;
상기 제2공간에 설치되어 부압시에만 외부로부터 유체를 흡입하는 제2흡입포트;
상기 제1공간에 설치되어 부압시에만 외부로부터 유체를 흡입하는 제1흡입포트;
상기 제1공간에 설치되어 정압시에만 내부의 유체를 배출하는 제1배출포트; 및
상기 제2공간에 설치되어 정압시에만 내부의 유체를 배출하는 제2배출포트를 포함하고,
상기 제1전자석과 상기 제2전자석은 상기 피스톤을 왕복이동하도록 극성이 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복동전자식 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1전자석과 상기 제2전자석 중 어느 일방이 상기 피스톤에 대하여 인력을 부여하는 극성을 가지는 경우, 타방은 상기 피스톤에 대하여 척력을 부여하는 극성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복동전자식 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1배출포트와 상기 제2배출포트는 하나의 메인배출관에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복동전자식 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1흡입포트와 상기 제1배출포트, 그리고, 상기 제2흡입포트와 상기 제2배출포트는 같은 레벨에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복동전자식 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1흡입포트와 상기 제2흡입포트는 하나의 메인흡입관에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복동전자식 펌프.
