Claims (16)
- 첫 번째 단계로 하기 화학식 I을 갖는 화합물 또는 화합물들의 혼합물을 하기 화학식 II의 화합물과 반응시켜 하기 화학식 III의 화합물들의 혼합물을 제공하고, 두 번째 단계로 상기 혼합물을 라디칼 중합 공정에서 반응시켜 열경화성 수지를 제공하는 방법에 의해 수득될 수 있는 열경화성 수지:

상기 식들에서,
R1은 수소, C1-C6 알킬, C6-C12 아릴 또는 C6-C12 알킬아릴이고,
R2는 이고,
R3은 이고, 이때
화학식 III의 화합물 및 서브유닛 A'에서
잔기 R3은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며,
화학식 I의 화합물 또는 화합물들의 혼합물을 화학식 II의 화합물에 대해서, 상기 첫 번째 단계에서 생성된 상기 화학식 III의 혼합물 중의 의 비가 4:1 내지 1:4의 범위이도록 하는 비로 사용하고,
X는 이고,
R4는 수소, CH2OH, OH, C1-C6 알킬, C6-C12 아릴, C6-C12 알킬아릴 또는 이고,
Z는 이고,
R5는 수소, CH2OH, OH, C1-C6 알킬, C6-C12 아릴, C6-C12 알킬아릴 또는 이고,
화학식 I에 따른 화합물 또는 화학식 I 및 III에 따른 화합물들의 혼합물에서 n은 1 내지 100 범위의 평균 쇄 길이를 나타낸다. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
n이 1 내지 50의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 수지. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
화합물 I이 펜타에리쓰리톨 테트라-아크릴레이트, 다이펜타에리쓰리톨 펜타-아크릴레이트, 다이펜타에리쓰리톨 헥사-아크릴레이트, 트라이메틸올프로판 트리스-아크릴레이트 및 트리스(2-아크릴옥시에틸)아이소시아누레이트 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 수지. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
첫 번째 단계의 반응이 3급 아민 및 4급 아미노-염기, 바람직하게는 트라이에틸아민 중에서 선택된 촉매에 의한 촉매 작용하에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 수지. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
두 번째 단계의 반응이 톨루엔 또는 수중 유화액 중에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 수지. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
두 번째 단계의 반응이 바람직하게는 아조-비스-(아이소부티로나이트릴) 및 다이벤조일 퍼옥사이드 중에서 선택되는 라디칼 개시제에 의해 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 수지. - 첫 번째 단계로 하기 화학식 I을 갖는 화합물 또는 화합물들의 혼합물을 하기 화학식 II의 화합물과 반응시켜 하기 화학식 III의 화합물들의 혼합물을 제공하고, 두 번째 단계로 상기 혼합물을 라디칼 중합 공정에서 반응시켜 열경화성 수지를 제공하는 방법:

X는 이고,

화학식 I에 따른 화합물 또는 화학식 I 및 III에 따른 화합물들의 혼합물에서 n은 1 내지 100 범위의 평균 쇄 길이를 나타낸다. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 설명된 바와 같은 열경화성 수지를 함유하는 난연제 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
질소 염기, 멜라민 유도체, 포스페이트, 피로포스페이트, 폴리포스페이트, 유기 및 무기 포스피네이트, 유기 및 무기 포스포네이트 및 상기 언급한 화합물들의 유도체 중에서 선택되는, 바람직하게는 멜라민, 멜라민 수지, 멜라민 유도체, 실란, 실록산 또는 폴리스타이렌으로 코팅되고/되거나 코팅 및 가교결합된 암모늄 폴리포스페이트, 암모늄 폴리포스페이트 입자뿐만 아니라 1,3,5-트라이아진 화합물, 예를 들어 멜라민, 멜람, 멜렘, 멜론, 암멜린, 암멜리드, 2-유레이도멜라민, 아세토구안아민, 벤조구안아민, 다이아미노 페닐 트라이아진, 멜라민 염 및 부가물, 멜라민 시아누레이트, 멜라민 보레이트, 멜라민 오쏘포스페이트, 멜라민 피로포스페이트, 다이멜라민 피로포스페이트 및 멜라민 폴리포스페이트, 올리고머성 및 중합체성 1,3,5-트라이아진 화합물 및 1,3,5-트라이아진 화합물의 폴리포스페이트, 구아닌, 피페라진 포스페이트, 피페라진 폴리포스페이트, 에틸렌 다이아민 포스페이트, 펜타에리쓰리톨, 보로포스페이트, 1,3,5-트라이하이드록시에틸 아이소시아누레이트, 1,3,5-트라이글리시딜 아이소시아누레이트, 트라이알릴 아이소시아누레이트 및 상기 언급한 화합물들의 유도체 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 추가의 난연성 성분을 함유하는 난연제 조성물. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
난연제 조성물 중의 열경화성 수지 대 하나 이상의 추가의 난연성 성분의 비가 1:99 내지 99:1, 바람직하게는 1:99 내지 1:1 및 특히 바람직하게는 1:99 내지 1:9임을 특징으로 하는 난연제 조성물. - 플라스틱 조성물의 제조에 있어서 난연제로서 또는 제 9 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 설명된 바와 같은 난연제 조성물 중에서의 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 설명된 바와 같은 열경화성 수지의 용도.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,
플라스틱 조성물이 충전 및 비충전된 폴리아미드, 폴리에스터 및 폴리올레핀 중에서 선택되는 용도. - 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,
열경화성 수지를, 상기 수지를 갖는 플라스틱 조성물의 전체 중량에 관하여 1 내지 30 중량%, 바람직하게는 1 내지 15 중량%의 양으로 도입시킴을 특징으로 하는 용도. - 제 12 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제 9 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 설명된 바와 같은 난연제 조성물을 플라스틱 조성물에 도입시키며, 여기에서 바람직하게 상기 난연제 조성물이 상기 플라스틱 조성물 중에 상기 난연제 조성물을 갖는 플라스틱 조성물의 전체 중량에 관하여 5 내지 60 중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 10 내지 50 중량%의 양으로 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 용도. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 설명된 바와 같은 열경화성 수지를 함유하는 플라스틱 조성물.
