Claims (14)
- 볼턴 브로스(Bolton broth)에 크로모제닉 브로스를 첨가하여 제조된 캠필로박터 특이적인 크로모제닉 액체 배지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 크로모제닉 브로스는 알돌(Aldol) 515 아세테이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 알돌(Aldol) 515 아세테이트는 배지 1리터에 10-100mg포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 항생물질을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 항생물질은 반코마이신(Vancomycin), 세포페라존(Cefoperazone), 트리메토프림(Trimethoprim) 및 사이클로헥시미드(Cycloheximide)인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 캠필로박터는 캠필로박터 제주니(Campylobacter jejuni) 또는 캠필로박터 콜리(Campylobacter coli)인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 증류수에 볼턴 브로스(Bolton broth) 및 크로모제닉 브로스를 첨가하여 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 캠필로박터 특이적인 크로모제닉 액체 배지 조성물 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 크로모제닉 브로스는 알돌(Aldol) 515 아세테이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 알돌(Aldol) 515 아세테이트는 배지 1리터에 10-100mg포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 항생물질을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 항생물질은 반코마이신(Vancomycin), 세포페라존(Cefoperazone), 트리메토프림(Trimethoprim) 및 사이클로헥시미드(Cycloheximide)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제 7항의 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 배지 조성물을 증균 단계의 배양 배지로 사용하여 증균 단계에서 색깔이 붉은 색으로 변한 증균 배지만 캠필로박터 오염 배지로 판정하는 단계를 포함하는 증균 단계에서 캠필로박터를 스크리닝(screening)하는 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 캠필로박터는 캠필로박터 제주니(Campylobacter jejuni) 또는 캠필로박터 콜리(Campylobacter coli)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
