Claims (4)
- 질량% 로,
C : 0.15 ∼ 0.40 %,
Si : 1.0 ∼ 2.0 %,
Mn : 1.5 ∼ 2.5 %,
P : 0.020 % 이하,
S : 0.0040 % 이하,
Al : 0.01 ∼ 0.1 %,
N : 0.01 % 이하 및
Ca : 0.0020 % 이하
를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어지는 성분 조성을 갖고, 조직 전체에 대한 면적 비율로, 페라이트상과 베이나이트상의 합계가 40 ∼ 70 %, 마텐자이트상이 20 ∼ 50 %, 잔류 오스테나이트상이 10 ∼ 30 % 인 조직을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
표면에 아연계 도금 피막을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판. - 제 1 항에 기재된 성분 조성으로 이루어지는 강 슬래브를, 열간 압연하고, 산세를 실시한 후, 400 ∼ 750 ℃ 의 온도역으로 가열하는 제 1 열처리를 실시하고, 이어서 냉간 압연을 실시하고, 이어서 800 ∼ 950 ℃ 의 온도역으로 가열하는 제 2 열처리를 실시하고, 이어서 700 ∼ 850 ℃ 의 온도역으로 가열하고, 그 가열 후, 냉각 속도 : 10 ∼ 80 ℃/초로 300 ∼ 500 ℃ 의 온도역까지 냉각시키고, 그 온도역에서 100 ∼ 1000 초 유지하는 제 3 열처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 제 3 열처리 후에 아연계 도금 처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법.
