Abstract
엔진, 회전 전기 및 구동축이 각각 연결되는 회전요소를 포함하는 차동 기구와, 한 쌍의 계합 요소가 계합하여 이루어지는 계합 상태에 있어서 회전 전기의 회전이 제한된 고정 변속비 모드를 실현하는 계합 기구를 구비한 하이브리드 차량을 제어하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치는, 고정 변속비 엔진 브레이크 주행시에 있어서, 계합 기구의 계합 요소에 작용하는 토크의 방향이 반전되는지의 여부를 판정하는 판정 수단과, 고정 변속비 모드에서 회전 전기를 셧다운 상태로 함과 함께, 상기 토크의 방향이 반전된다고 판정된 경우에, 상기 셧다운 제어를 일시적으로 해제하고, 상기 한 쌍의 계합 요소 상호간에 형성되는 백래시를 제거하기 위한 백래시 제거 토크가 공급되도록 상기 회전 전기를 제어하는 제어 수단을 구비한다.

Claims (5)
- 엔진과,
회전 전기와,
구동륜에 연결되는 구동축과,
상기 엔진, 상기 회전 전기 및 상기 구동축이 각각 연결되는 회전요소를 포함하는, 서로 차동 작용을 행하는 복수의 회전요소를 구비한 차동 기구와,
일방이 상기 복수의 회전요소 중 하나의 회전요소에 연결되고 타방이 고정 요소에 연결된 치합식의 한 쌍의 계합 요소를 구비하며, 당해 한 쌍의 계합 요소가 계합하여 이루어지는 계합 상태에 있어서, 상기 회전 전기의 회전이 제한된 고정 변속비 모드를 실현하는 계합 기구를 구비한 하이브리드 차량을 제어하는, 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치로서,
상기 고정 변속비 모드에서 상기 엔진의 연료 컷트를 수반하는 엔진 브레이크 주행이 행하여지는 경우에 있어서, 상기 일방의 계합 요소에 작용하는 토크의 방향이 반전되는지의 여부를 판정하는 판정 수단과,
상기 고정 변속비 모드에서 상기 회전 전기를 셧다운 상태로 하는 셧다운 제어를 실행함과 함께, 상기 토크의 방향이 반전된다고 판정된 경우에, 상기 셧다운 제어를 일시적으로 해제하고, 상기 한 쌍의 계합 요소 상호간에 형성되는 백래시를 제거하기 위한 백래시 제거 토크가 공급되도록 상기 회전 전기를 제어하는 제어 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 판정 수단은, 상기 엔진에 소정 이상의 토크 맥동이 발생하는 경우에 상기 토크의 방향이 반전된다고 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 엔진에 소정 이상의 토크 맥동이 발생하는 경우란, 상기 엔진의 회전수가 소정의 회전 영역에 해당하는 경우, 실린더의 공기량이 소정량 이상인 경우 및 윤활유의 온도가 소정값 이상인 경우 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치. - 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 백래시 제거 토크는, 상기 엔진의 프릭션 토크가 작용하는 방향으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 판정 수단은, 액셀 온 조작이 행하여진 경우에 상기 토크의 방향이 반전된다고 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치.
