Claims (5)
- 산성기를 포함하고 상기 산성기의 적어도 일부가 중화된 수용성 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체의 가교 중합체를 포함하는 베이스 수지 입자, 및 상기 베이스 수지 입자의 표면에 형성된 표면 가교층을 포함하고,
상기 베이스 수지 입자 단면의 평균 형상 종횡비가 0.4 내지 0.7인 고흡수성 수지. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고흡수성 수지는 EDANA 법 WSP 241.2에 따라 측정한 보수능이30 내지 34g/g인 고흡수성 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고흡수성 수지는 EDANA 법 WSP 242.2에 따라 측정한 0.7psi 가압 하의 가압 흡수능이 23 내지 28g/g 인 고흡수성 수지.
- 수용성 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체 및 중합개시제를 포함하는 단량체 조성물을 열중합 또는 광중합하여 함수겔상 중합체를 준비하는 단계;
상기 함수겔상 중합체를 건조하는 단계;
상기 건조된 중합체를 분쇄하는 단계;
분쇄된 중합체에 표면 가교제를 첨가하는 단계; 및
표면 가교제가 첨가된 중합체의 표면 가교 반응 단계를 포함하고,
상기 분쇄 단계에서는 해머밀 또는 롤밀을 사용하여 입자 단면의 평균 형상 종횡비가 0.4 내지 0.7인 베이스 수지를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고흡수성 수지의 입자 단면의 평균 형상 종횡비는 0.4 내지 0.7인 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
