Claims (25)
- 다음을 포함하는 혼합물을 배합하는 단계를 포함하는 공정에 의하여 생성된 폴리아미드 조성물.
폴리아미드,
올레핀-말레산 무수물 공중합체, 및
충격 개질제. - 다음의 단계를 포함하는 공정에 의해 생성된 폴리아미드 조성물:
(a) 캐리어 수지 및 올레핀-말레산 무수물 공중합체를 포함하는 마스터 배치 조성물 제조;
(b) 폴리아미드와 마스터 배치 조성물 및 충격 개질제 배합. - 제2항에 있어서, 캐리어 수지는 충격 개질제인 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 마스터 배치 제조는 다음의 단계를 포함하는 폴리아미드 조성물:
(a) 올레핀-말레산 무수물 공중합체, 말레산 무수물 단량체, 탄성 중합체, 및 과산화물 촉매의 혼합물 제조; 및
(b) 올레핀-말레산 무수물 공중합체의 존재 하에서 충격 개질제 형성. - 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 조성물은 충격 개질제를 포함하지만 올레핀-말레산 무수물 공중합체를 포함하지 않는 제2 폴리아미드 조성물과 비교하여 적어도 하나의 향상된 기계적 특성을 가지는 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 향상된 기계적 특성은 충격 강도인 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 조성물은 폴리아미드와 비교하여 굴곡 탄성율, 파단 연신율, 및 인장 강도로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 추가적인 향상된 기계적 특성을 가지는 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 조성물은 충격 개질제를 포함하지만 올레핀-말레산 무수물 공중합체를 포함하지 않는 제2 폴리아미드 조성물의 기계적 특성과 일치하는 기계적 특성을 가지며, 폴리아미드 조성물 중의 충격 개질제의 레벨은 제2 폴리아미드 조성물 중의 충격 개질제의 레벨보다 더 낮은 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드는 나일론-6, 나일론 6-6, 나일론-6 및 나일론 6-6의 공중합체, 나일론-9, 나일론-10, 나일론-11, 나일론-12, 나일론 6-10, 방향족 폴리아미드, 탄성 중합체성 폴리아미드, 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드는 나일론-6, 나일론 6-6, 나일론-6 및 나일론 6 6의 공중합체, 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드는 재생된 폴리아미드인 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 올레핀은 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 이소부틸렌, 1-부텐, 1-옥텐, 부타디엔, 스티렌, 이소프렌, 1-헥센, 1-도데센, 도데센-1, 및 1-테트라데센으로부터 선택되는 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 올레핀은 에틸렌인 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 올레핀-말레산 무수물 공중합체는 1:1 교호 올레핀-말레산 무수물 공중합체인 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 올레핀-말레산 무수물 공중합체는 약 1000 내지 약 900,000 범위의 무게 평균 분자량을 가지는 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 올레핀-말레산 무수물 공중합체는 약 60,000의 무게 평균 분자량을 가지는 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 올레핀-말레산 무수물 공중합체는 약 400,000의 무게 평균 분자량을 가지는 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 안정제를 추가로 포함하는 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 안정제 각각은 아이오딘화 제일구리, 아이오딘화 포타슘, 트리스 (2,4-디-tert-부틸페닐)포스파이트, 및 N,N'-헥산-1,6-디일비스(3-(3,5-디-tert-부틸-4-하이드록시페닐프로피온아미드))로 구성된 그룹으로부터 독립적으로 선택되는 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 안정제 각각은 약 0.01 내지 약 1.0% w/w의 농도를 독립적으로 가지는 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상용화제를 추가로 포함하는 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄성 중합체는 말레산 무수물 그래프트된 탄성 중합체인 폴리아미드 조성물.
