Abstract
이를 위해, 본 발명에 일 실시예에 따른 차량의 회생제동 제어 방법은 경로 정보 제공 장치로부터 주행 예정 도로 정보를 수신하는 단계, 상기 주행 예정 도로 정보를 기반으로 회생 가능 구간을 예측하고, 상기 회생 가능 구간을 기반으로 회생 가능 에너지량을 산출하는 단계, 상기 회생 가능 에너지량을 기반으로 방전 가능 에너지량을 산출하고, 상기 방전 가능 에너지량을 기반으로 방전 가능 구간 및 방전 제어량을 설정하는 단계, 상기 방전 가능 구간에서 상기 방전 제어량을 기반으로 배터리의 방전을 제어하고, 실제 방전된 실제 방전 에너지량을 계측하는 단계, 및 상기 회생 가능 구간에서 회생 제어량을 기반으로 배터리의 회생제동을 제어하고, 실제 회생된 전체 회생 에너지량을 계측하는 단계를 포함한다.

Claims (16)
- 경로 정보 제공 장치로부터 주행 예정 도로 정보를 수신하는 단계;
상기 주행 예정 도로 정보를 기반으로 회생 가능 구간을 예측하고, 상기 회생 가능 구간을 기반으로 회생 가능 에너지량을 산출하는 단계;
상기 회생 가능 에너지량을 기반으로 방전 가능 에너지량을 산출하고, 상기 방전 가능 에너지량을 기반으로 방전 가능 구간 및 방전 제어량을 설정하는 단계;
상기 방전 가능 구간에서 상기 방전 제어량을 기반으로 배터리의 방전을 제어하고, 실제 방전된 실제 방전 에너지량을 계측하는 단계; 및
상기 회생 가능 구간에서 회생 제어량을 기반으로 배터리의 회생제동을 제어하고, 실제 회생된 전체 회생 에너지량을 계측하는 단계;
를 포함하는 차량의 회생제동 제어 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 회생 제어량은 상기 회생 가능 에너지량, 상기 주행 예정 도로 정보, 에너지 정보 및 차량 정보를 기반으로 설정되는 차량의 회생제동 제어 방법.
- 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 회생 제어량은 상기 주행 예정 도로 정보, 상시 차량 정보 및 상기 에너지 정보를 기반으로 산출된 목표 감속도 및 차량의 현재 감속도에 따라 가감되는 차량의 회생제동 제어 방법.
- 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 에너지 정보는 회생 가능 에너지량, 실제 방전 에너지량, 시점 회생 에너지량 및 배터리의 SOC(State Of Charge) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 차량의 회생제동 제어 방법.
- 제4 항에 있어서,
상기 시점 회생 에너지량은 상기 회생 가능 구간 중 임의의 시점에서 회생된 에너지량을 계측하여 생성한 제1 시점 회생 에너지량 및 제1 시점 회생 에너지량을 기반으로 회생 가능 구간 시작 시점부터 임의의 시점까지 회생된 제2 시점 회생 에너지량을 포함하는 차량의 회생제동 제어 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 회생 가능 구간은 상기 주행 예정 도로 정보 및 보정계수를 이용하여 예측되며, 상기 회생 가능 에너지량은 상기 회생 가능 구간, 상기 주행 예정 도로 정보 및 상기 보정 계수를 이용하여 산출되는 차량의 회생제동 제어 방법.
- 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 보정계수는 상기 회생 가능 에너지량 및 상기 전체 회생 에너지량을 기반으로 재설정되는 차량의 회생제동 제어 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 주행 예정 도로 정보는 구배 정보, 곡률 정보, 제한속도 정보 및 실시간 교통 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 차량의 회생제동 제어 방법.
- 경로 정보 제공 장치와 접속하는 차량의 회생제동 제어 장치에 있어서,
모터의 구동 및 토크를 제어하는 모터 제어기;
배터리의 충전 및 방전 상태를 관리 제어하는 배터리 관리기; 및
최상위 제어기로, 네트워크로 상기 모터 제어기 및 상기 배터리 관리기를 통합 제어하는 차량 제어기를 포함하고,
상기 차량 제어기는 경로 정보 제공 장치로부터 수신한 주행 예정 도로 정보를 기반으로 회생 가능 구간을 예측하고, 상기 회생 가능 구간에서의 회생 제어량을 설정하며, 상기 회생 가능 구간에서 상기 회생 제어량을 기반으로 상기 배터리 관리기를 제어하여 상기 회생 가능 구간에서 실제 회생된 전체 회생 에너지량을 계측하는 차량의 회생제동 제어 장치.
- 제9 항에 있어서,
상기 차량 제어기는 상기 회생 가능 구간을 기반으로 회생 가능 에너지량을 산출하고, 상기 회생 가능 에너지량, 상기 주행 예정 도로 정보, 차량 정보, 에너지 정보를 기반으로 상기 회생 제어량을 설정하는 차량의 회생제도 제어 장치.
- 제9 항에 있어서,
상기 차량 제어기는 상기 주행 예정 도로 정보, 차량 정보, 에너지 정보를 기반으로 목표 감속도를 산출하고, 상기 목표 감속도 및 차량의 현재 감속도에 따라 상기 회생 제어량을 가감하는 차량의 회생제동 제어 장치.
- 제10 항에 있어서,
상기 에너지 정보는 회생 가능 에너지량, 실제 방전 에너지량, 제1 및 제2 시점 회생 에너지량 및 배터리의 SOC(State Of Charge) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 차량의 회생제동 제어 장치.

상기 차량 제어기는 상기 회생 가능 구간을 기반으로 산출한 회생 가능 에너지량을 이용하여 방전 가능 에너지량을 산출하며, 상기 방전 가능 에너지량을 기반으로 방전 가능 구간 및 방전 제어량을 설정하는 차량의 회생제동 제어 장치.

상기 방전 가능 에너지량은 상기 회생 가능 에너지량과 보정계수를 곱하기 연산하여 산출되며, 상기 보정계수는 상기 회생 가능 에너지량 및 상기 전체 회생 에너지량을 기반으로 재설정되는 차량의 회생제동 제어 장치.
- 제14 항에 있어서,
상기 차량 제어기는 상기 방전 가능 구간에서 상기 방전 제어량을 기반으로 상기 배터리의 방전을 제어하며, 상기 방전 가능 구간에서 실제 방전된 실제 방전 에너지량을 계측하는 차량의 회생제동 제어 장치.
