Abstract
Description
도 3 내지 7은 다양한 오리피스 대 시트 간격 및 액체 유속에 대한 오리피스 외부의 액체의 흐름 의해서 유리 시트 상에 생성된 압력 분포의 산출된 플롯을 도시한다. 표 1은 도 3 내지 7에 사용된 구체적인 파라미터를 기재한다.
도 8 및 9는 비접촉, 액체 토출 베어링을 사용한 유리 시트의 이송에 대한 다양한 파라미터들의 영향을 시험하는 데에 사용된 장치의 개략적인 도면이다. 도 8은 정면도이고, 도 9는 측면도이다.
도 10은 비접촉, 액체 토출 베어링의 정면도를 도시한다.
도 11은 유리 시트와 비접촉, 액체 토출 베어링의 정면 사이의 밀리미터(mm)의 간격(x축)에 대해서 유리 시트의 표면에서 킬로파스칼(kPa)의 압력/오리피스(y축) 플롯이다. 이 도면의 음영부분은 베어링을 사용한 대표적인 작동 윈도우를 설명한다.

Claims (1)
- 실질적으로 수직방향으로 유리 시트를 이송하는 방법으로서,
(a) 시트의 에지를 접촉하고 상기 시트를 이송 속도로 이동시키도록 구성된 이송 컨베이어를 제공하는 단계;
(b) 상기 시트의 주요 표면의 일부에 대해 액체를 토출하도록 구성된 비접촉 베어링을 제공하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 시트의 에지를 상기 이송 컨베이어와 접촉시키고 상기 시트를 이송속도로 이동시키면서 상기 시트의 주요 표면의 일부에 대해 비접촉 베어링으로부터 액체를 토출하는 단계를 포함하는, 유리 시트 이송 방법.
