Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- a) 아닐린 및 포름알데히드를 산성 촉매의 존재 하에 반응시켜 디페닐메탄 계열의 디- 및 폴리아민을 포함하는 반응 혼합물을 제공하고,
b) 디페닐메탄 계열의 디- 및 폴리아민을 포함하는 반응 혼합물을 중화시키고,
c) 디페닐메탄 계열의 디- 및 폴리아민을 포함하는 중화된 반응 혼합물을 분리 용기에서 디페닐메탄 계열의 디- 및 폴리아민을 포함하는 유기 상 (1) 및 수성 상으로 분리하고,
d) 디페닐메탄 계열의 디- 및 폴리아민을 포함하는 유기 상 (1)을 세척 용기에서 세척 액체로 추가로 정제하고,
e) 단계 d)에서 수득된 혼합물의 수성 구성성분을 제거하여 디페닐메탄 계열의 디- 및 폴리아민을 포함하는 유기 상 (2)을 제공하고,
f) 디페닐메탄 계열의 디- 및 폴리아민을 포함하는 유기 상 (2)에서 물 및 아닐린을 증류 제거하는,
디페닐메탄 계열의 디- 및 폴리아민을 제조하는 방법이며, 단계 e)에서의 수성 구성성분의 분리를 위해, 단계 d)에서 수득된 혼합물을,
e.1) 분리 용기에서 수성 및 유기 상 (2a)으로 분리하고, 이어서
e.2) 단계 e.1)에서 수득된 유기 상 (2a)을 (i) 응집 섬유 물질로 이루어진 필터 층에 통과시키고, 이어서 (ii) 수성 상 및 유기 상 (2)으로 분리하는 것
을 특징으로 하는, 디페닐메탄 계열의 디- 및 폴리아민을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 응집 섬유 물질의 섬유 직경이 1.0 μm 내지 150 μm, 바람직하게는 1.0 μm 내지 100 μm, 특히 바람직하게는 2.0 μm 내지 30 μm인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 응집 섬유 물질의 섬유가 물-습윤 물질로부터 제조되는 것인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 물-습윤 물질이 유리 또는 금속으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 물-습윤 물질이 스테인레스강인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 응집 섬유 물질의 필터 층의 두께가 1.0 mm 내지 100 mm인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (e.2 (i))를 50℃ 내지 120℃의 온도 범위에서 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 방법에 따라 제조된 디페닐메탄 계열의 디- 및 폴리아민의 포스겐화에 의해, 디페닐메탄 계열의 디- 및 폴리이소시아네이트를 제조하는 방법.
