Abstract
본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른, 삼천판막 역류증 시술용 조직보호기구는 관상정맥동 조직을 보호하는 속이 빈 관상정맥동 튜브(22)와, 삼천판막과 심실중격의 조직을 보호하기 위한 속이 빈 삼천판막 튜브(24)를 포함하되, 상부측에서 미리정해진 길이까지는 상기 관상정맥동 튜브와 상기 삼천판막 튜브가 서로 측면으로 결합되어 있고, 하부측에서는 서로 분리되어 있으며, 상기 삼천판막 튜브(24)의 하부측에는 상기 삼천판막의 불완전한 닫힘현상으로 인해 발생되는 공간을 막는 차단부(30)가 형성된다.

Claims (9)
- 삼천판막 역류증 시술용 조직보호기구에 있어서,
관상정맥동 조직을 보호하는 속이 빈 관상정맥동 튜브(22)와,
삼천판막과 심실중격의 조직을 보호하기 위한 속이 빈 삼천판막 튜브(24)를 포함하되,
상부측에서 미리정해진 길이까지는 상기 관상정맥동 튜브와 상기 삼천판막 튜브가 서로 측면으로 결합되어 있고, 하부측에서는 서로 분리되어 있으며,
상기 삼천판막 튜브(24)의 하부측에는 상기 삼천판막의 불완전한 닫힘 현상으로 인해 발생되는 공간을 막는 차단부(30)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 삼천판막 역류증 시술용 조직보호기구. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 관상정맥동 튜브(22)와, 상기 삼천판막 튜브(24)는 금속제 코일 스프링 또는 탄성을 지닌 합성수지제로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼천판막 역류증 시술용 조직보호기구. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 차단부는 차단 막(menbrane)의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 삼천판막 역류증 시술용 조직보호기구. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 차단 막은 상기 삼천판막 튜브를 연결되는 상부의 원형의 지지부와,
상기 지지부에 하부측으로 연결되어 혈류를 막는 몸체부로 이루어지되,
상기 원형의 지지부는 차단 막의 형상의 유지하도록 상기 몸체부에 비하여 보다 단단한 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼천판막 역류증 시술용 조직보호기구. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 차단부는 풍선(balloon)의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 삼천판막 역류증 시술용 조직보호기구. - 삼천판막 역류증 시술용 조직보호기구에 있어서,
서클라지 실이 삽입되는 속이 빈 원통형 튜브로서,
원통형의 튜브의 일측 측면에는 관상정맥동으로 들어가는 관상정맥동 삽입용 서클라지 실이 상기 원통형 튜브를 빠져나오도록 구멍(hole, 21)이 형성되며,
상기 구멍의 하부측은 삼천판막으로 삽입되어 삼천판막과 심실중격의 조직을 보호하되, 일측에 상기 삼천판막의 불완전한 닫힘 현상으로 인해 발생되는 공간을 막는 차단부(30)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 삼천판막 역류증 시술용 조직보호기구. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 차단부는 차단 막(menbrane)의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 삼천판막 역류증 시술용 조직보호기구. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 차단 막은 상기 삼천판막 튜브를 연결되는 상부의 원형의 지지부와,
