Abstract
별개의 밸브를 설치하므로서 수반되는 별개의 설치공간과 가공 부위의 감소는 물론 각 제품의 2중적 기능을 절감하여 재료비와 부품 수와 크기를 줄여 원가절감과 체적을 획기적으로 감소할 수 있도록 하는 수동과 과압에 의하여 작동하는 복합밸브에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)
- 외주면에 개폐구와 개폐하는 면으로 된 개폐면(22)과 나사를 형성한 외주면 나사(21)와 오링 설치용 홈을 형성하여 오링을 설치한 스핀들(2)과 가지관의 일측 관로에는 나사로 형성한 접속구와 스핀들과 개폐가 이루어도록 홀을 형성한 개폐구(12)로 구성하고, 다른 측 관로에는 스핀들 삽입 결합 관로를 위하여 내주면을 나사를 형성한 내관 나사(11)와 민나사부로 이루어진 이동홈(14)으로 구성하고, 가지관의 측면 관로에는 외부 장치를 설치하는 설치구를 1개 이상 형성한 몸통(1)이 결합하여 이루는 밸브에 있어서,
저면에 홀을 형성하여 몸통 관로와 내통하도록 한 과압 유입구(71)를 이루고 상부에는 나사를 형성한 하우징 나사부(72)를 형성한 스프링 하우징에 스프링과 스프링의 일측에는 중앙에 상하로 직립한 봉을 형성하고 테두리를 요철로 형성한 패킹 디스크의 일측은 패킹을 설치하고 타측은 스프링에 삽입 설치하고 스프링의 타측에는 스프링에 삽입하는 돌출부와 배출부가 되도록 홀을 중앙에 형성하고 외주면에 나사를 형성하여 구성되는 과압 방지 장치를 스프링 하우징에 결합 고정되는 고정체로 결합하여 구성된 스핀들 작동 밸브와 과압 작동 밸브를 일체형으로 하는 밸브 - 제1항에 있어서,
가지 관로를 4개 이상 형성하여 몸통의 측면 가지관의 하나를 내측은 과압 방지 장치를 설치하는 스프링 하우징으로 하고 외면은 다각을 형성한 다각부와 나사를 형성하여 구성된 스핀들 작동 밸브와 과압 작동 밸브를 일체형으로 하는 밸브. - 제1항 있어서,
스핀들의 개폐면 후방에 과압 흡수홀(25)을 형성하여 스프링 하우징의 바닥면의 과압 유입구(71)의 관로와 내통하여 스핀들 몸통이 연장된 내주면은 과압 방지 장치를 삽입 설치하는 스프링 하우징으로 하고 외면은 다각부와 나사를 형성하여 외부 연결관을 설치하도록 하여 구성된 스핀들 작동 밸브와 과압 작동 밸브를 일체형으로 하는 밸브.
