Claims (7)
- 엔진에 의해 구동되는 메인펌프(2), 상기 메인펌프(2)에서 토출되는 작동유에 의해 구동되는 액츄에이터, 내부에 설치된 스풀(8)의 변위량에 따라 상기 액츄에이터의 구동을 제어하기 위한 메인 컨트롤 밸브(3), 상기 메인 컨트롤 밸브(3)를 조정하는 조이스틱(4), 및 상기 메인 컨트롤 밸브(3)를 구동하기 위한 작동유를 토출하는 파일럿 기어 펌프(5)를 포함하는 건설기계에 있어서,
상기 조이스틱(4)의 조작량과 상기 메인펌프(2)의 현재 압력에 따라 상기 스풀(8) 변위량에 대한 신호를 발생하는 제어부(10);
상기 제어부(10)에서 발생 된 신호에 따라 상기 스풀(8) 변위량을 조절하는 스풀 변위 조절유닛(20); 및
상기 스풀 변위 조절유닛(20)에 상기 파일럿 기어 펌프(5)에서 토출되는 작동유를 공급하는 유압 라인(30);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 스풀 변위 가변 제어장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부(10)는,
상기 조이스틱(4)의 조작량을 판단하는 조이스틱 조작량 판단부(11);
상기 메인펌프(2)의 현재 압력과 기설정된 작동압력을 비교 판단하는 메인펌프 압력 비교부(12); 및
상기 메인펌프 압력 비교부(12)의 판단 결과 상기 메인펌프(2)의 현재 압력이 기설정된 작동압력보다 작을 경우, 상기 스풀(8)의 최대 허용 변위량 보다 낮은 값으로 상기 스풀(8)을 변환하는 신호를 발생하는 신호 발생부(13);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 스풀 변위 가변 제어장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 신호 발생부(13)에서 발생되는 상기 스풀(8)의 최대 허용 변위량 보다 낮은 값으로 상기 스풀(8)을 변환하는 신호는 상기 스풀(8)의 최대 허용 변위량의 70% 내지 90%까지의 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 스풀 변위 가변 제어장치. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 스풀 변위 조절유닛(20)은 전자비례감압밸브(EPPRV)인 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 스풀 변위 가변 제어장치. - 운전자의 조이스틱(4)의 조작량을 판단하는 단계(S1);
메인펌프(2)의 현재 압력과 기설정된 작동압력을 비교하는 단계(S2);
상기 비교 결과에 따라 상기 조이스틱(4)의 조작량에 따른 스풀(8) 변위량을 결정하기 위한 신호를 발생하는 단계(S3); 및
상기 발생 신호에 따라 상기 스풀 변위량을 조절하는 단계(S4);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 스풀 변위 가변 제어방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 메인펌프(2)의 현재 압력과 기설정된 작동압력을 비교하는 단계(S2) 이후에,
상기 메인펌프(2)의 압력이 기설정된 작동압력보다 작을 경우, 상기 스풀(8)의 최대 허용 변위량보다 낮은 값으로 상기 스풀(8)을 변환하는 신호를 발생하는 단계(S2-2); 및
상기 메인펌프(2)의 압력이 기설정된 작동압력보다 크거나 같을 경우, 상기 스풀(8)의 최대 허용 변위량으로 상기 스풀(8)을 변환하는 신호를 발생시키는 단계(S2-1);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 스풀 변위 가변 제어방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 스풀(8)의 최대 허용 변위량보다 낮은 값으로 상기 스풀(8)을 변환하는 신호를 발생하는 단계(S2-2)에서 발생하는 신호는 상기 스풀(8)의 최대 허용 변위량의 70% 내지 90%까지의 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 스풀 변위 가변 제어방법.
