- 혈액 치료 장치(1)를 제어 및/또는 조절하기 위한 방법으로서,
상기 혈액 치료 장치(1)가 혈액을 체외 혈액 튜빙 세트(3) 내부에서 이송하기 위한 혈액 펌프(17)를 포함하고,
상기 혈액 튜빙 세트(3)가, 동맥 바늘(5a) 및 동맥 환자 튜빙 클램프(5c)를 가지는 동맥 섹션(5), 정맥 바늘(7a) 및 정맥 환자 튜빙 클램프(7c)를 가지는 정맥 섹션(7), 그리고 혈액 챔버(13)를 투석 유체 챔버(15)로부터 분리시키는 박막(11)을 가지며 섹션들(5, 7) 사이에 배열된 혈액 필터(9)를 포함하거나, 그러한 것들과 연결되고,
상기 혈액 치료 장치의 제어 및/또는 조절 방법은,
- 상기 정맥 환자 튜빙 클램프(7c)가 폐쇄된 상태에서, 상기 박막(11)을 통해서 상기 혈액 튜빙 세트(3)의 외부로 그리고 상기 투석 유체 챔버(15) 내로, 펌프, 예를 들어 혈액 펌프(17) 또는 선택적으로 제공된 한외-여과 펌프(43)를 이용하여 유체를 이송하는 단계를 포함하는,
혈액 치료 장치의 제어 및/또는 조절 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
- 미리 결정된 유체 부피가 상기 투석 유체 챔버(15) 내로 전달될 때까지, 또는 적어도, 혈액이 미리 결정된 위치에 도달하였다는 것을 센서 신호가 전송 또는 검출할 때까지, 유체를 이송하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 혈액 치료 장치의 제어 및/또는 조절 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
- 미리 결정된 유체 부피가 상기 투석 유체 챔버(15) 내로 전달된 후에, 또는 적어도, 혈액이 미리 결정된 위치에 도달하였다는 것을 센서 신호가 전송 할 때, 유체의 이송을 감소 또는 중단하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 혈액 치료 장치의 제어 및/또는 조절 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서,
상기 미리 결정된 부피량이, 상기 동맥 섹션(5)의 외부로 상기 박막(11)을 통해서 상기 투석 유체 챔버(15) 내로, 상기 혈액 펌프(17)의 이용에 의해서 공급된, 프라이밍 용액 부피에 상응하는, 혈액 치료 장치의 제어 및/또는 조절 방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서,
상기 미리 결정된 부피량이 상기 혈액 튜빙 세트의 총 부피 용량에 상응하는, 혈액 치료 장치의 제어 및/또는 조절 방법. - 특히 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 있어서,
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법의 종료 후에 이어지는 제1 시간 기간 동안에, 상기 제1 기간에 이어지는 제2 시간 기간 동안 보다 상기 제1 시간 기간 동안 더 큰 한외-여과 비율로 여과하도록, 상기 혈액 치료 장치(1)로 제어 명령을 출력하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 정맥 환자 튜빙 클램프(7c)가 상기 제1 및 제2 시간 기간 동안 개방되는, 혈액 치료 장치의 제어 및/또는 조절 방법. - 특히 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 있어서,
제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법의 종료 후에 이어지는 제1 시간 기간 동안에, 상기 제1 기간에 이어지는 제2 시간 기간 동안 보다 상기 제1 시간 기간 동안 더 작은 한외-여과 비율로 여과하도록, 상기 혈액 치료 장치(1)로 제어 명령을 출력하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 정맥 환자 튜빙 클램프(7c)가 상기 제1 및 제2 시간 기간 동안 개방되는, 혈액 치료 장치의 제어 및/또는 조절 방법. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제어 명령은, 상기 제1 시간 기간에서 한외-여과 비율이 감소되도록 유도하는, 혈액 치료 장치의 제어 및/또는 조절 방법. - 제6항 내지 제8항에 있어서,
- 혈액 튜빙 세트(3)의 혈액 챔버(13) 및 정맥 섹션(7)의 부피 용량 만큼 상기 제2 시간 기간 중에 박막을 통해서 여과되는 부피 보다 많은 부피가 상기 제1 시간 기간 중에 박막(11)을 통해서 여과되도록, 상기 혈액 치료 장치(1)로 제어 명령을 출력하는 단계를 포함하는, 혈액 치료 장치의 제어 및/또는 조절 방법. - 특히 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 있어서,
- 혈액 내의 혈장액 부분을 결정하는 단계로서, 식별이 제1 시간 지점에서, 특히 치료의 시작(t3)에서, 그리고 바람직하게 또한 제2 시간 지점에서, 특히 치료의 종료(t4)에서 실행되는, 혈액 내의 혈장액 부분을 결정하는 단계;
- 제1 시간 지점(t3)과 제2 시간 지점(t4) 사이의 시간 기간에서, 장치가 제1 한외-여과 비율(UFR1)로 여과하도록, 상기 혈액 치료 장치(1)로 제어 명령을 출력하는 단계;
- 선택적으로, 제1 시간 지점(t3)과 제2 시간 지점(t4) 사이에 놓이는 제3 시간 지점(t3a)에서 혈액 내의 혈장액의 부분의 적어도 하나의 추가적인 식별을 기초로 하여, 상기 제1 한외-여과 비율(UFR1)로 여과되는 부피를 결정하는 단계;
- 또한 제1 시간 지점(t3)과 제2 시간 지점(t4) 사이에 놓이는, 제4 시간 지점(t3b)에서 체외 혈액 튜빙 세트(3) 내로 또는 환자(35)의 맥관 시스템 내로 유체를 투여하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 혈액 치료 장치의 제어 및/또는 조절 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
- 제2 시간 지점(t4)에서, 혈액의 혈장액 부분 또는 분율이 미리 결정된 값을 가지도록 또는 미리 결정된 값의 범위 내에 놓이도록, 유체를 투여하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 혈액 치료 장치의 제어 및/또는 조절 방법. - 특히 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 있어서,
- 제2 시간 지점(t4)에서 환자(35)의 혈액 부피를 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 혈액 치료 장치의 제어 및/또는 조절 방법. - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을, 특히 혈액 치료 장치(1)와 함께-동작하여 실시하도록 배열, 구성 및/또는 의도된 제어 또는 조절 장치(21).
- 제13항에 따른 제어 또는 조절 장치(21)를 포함하는, 혈액 치료 장치(1).
- 제14항에 있어서,
투석, 급성 투석, 만성 투석 또는 아쿠아퍼레시스를 위해서 배열되는, 혈액 치료 장치(1). - 디지털 컴퓨터의 내부 메모리로 직접적으로 로딩될 수 있고 소프트웨어 코드의 섹션을 포함하는 컴퓨터 프로그램으로서, 상기 컴퓨터 프로그램이 컴퓨터 상에서 작동될 때, 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법의 단계를 실행할 수 있는, 컴퓨터 프로그램.
- 컴퓨터 판독 가능 프로그램을 포함하는 컴퓨터 이용 가능 캐리어 내에 저장되거나 기록된 컴퓨터 프로그램 제품으로서, 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법의 단계를 실시할 수 있는, 컴퓨터 프로그램 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법의 단계가 유도될 수 있도록, 프로그래밍이 가능한 컴퓨터 시스템 또는 컴퓨터와 협력하여 작동할 수 있는 전기적으로 판독 가능한 제어 신호를 가지는 디지털 저장 매체.
