Claims (10)
- 재생식인 제 1 제동 수단 및 상기 제 1 제동 수단으로부터 분리되어 있는 제 2 제동 수단을 구비한 차량의 재생식 제동을 제어하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은 제 1 세트포인트 생성 모드에 따라 차량의 운전자 페달로부터 나오는 제동 요청 신호의 함수로서 재생식 제동 세트포인트를 생성하도록 되며, 상기 방법은,
상기 차량의 능동형 안전 시스템으로부터 나오는 플래그 신호(flag_reg)를 수신하는 단계,
수신된 상기 플래그 신호의 값 변화를 탐지하는 단계,
수신된 플래그 신호가 상기 능동 안전 시스템에 의해 조절의 활성화에 대응하는 값을 가지도록 값을 변화시킬 때, 카운터 값(카운트)을 증가시키는 단계,
상기 카운터를 쓰레스홀드(THR)에 비교하는 단계, 및
상기 카운터가 상기 쓰레스홀드에 도달하면, 상기 제 1 계산 모드에 따라 상기 재생식 제동 세트포인트의 생성을 종료하고 제2 계산 모드에 따라 상기 재생식 제동 세트포인트의 생성을 일으키도록 제어 신호(S)를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 재생식 제동을 제어하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 재생식 제동 세트포인트가 상기 제 2 계산 모드에 따라 생성될 때, 상기 세트포인트는 0 이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 재생식 제동을 제어하는 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
값 변화를 탐지하는 단계 이전에 수신된 플래그 신호에 시간 필터링(102)을 적용하는 것으로 구성된 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 재생식 제동을 제어하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
마스터 실린더 압력(P)을 수신하는 단계,
상기 마스터 실린더 압력 신호를 압력 쓰레스홀드(THR_P)와 비교하는 단계, 및
상기 마스터 실린더 압력이 상기 압력 쓰레스홀드보다 크다면 카운터 값(카운트)의 증가를 배제하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 재생식 제동을 제어하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 수행하는 지시들을 포함하는 컴퓨터 프로그램 제품으로서, 이러한 지시들이 프로세서에 의해 실행될 때 방법을 수행하는, 컴퓨터 프로그램 제품.
- 재생식인 제 1 제동 수단 및 상기 제 1 제동 수단으로부터 분리되어 있는 제 2 제동 수단을 구비한 차량의 재생식 제동을 제어하는 제어장치로서, 상기 제어장치는 제 1 세트포인트 생성 모드에 따라 차량의 운전자 페달로부터 나오는 제동 요청 신호의 함수로서 재생식 제동 세트포인트를 생성하도록 되며, 상기 제어장치는,
상기 차량의 능동형 안전 시스템으로부터 나오는 플래그 신호(flag_reg)를 수신하는 수신수단, 및
수신된 상기 플래그 신호의 값 변화를 탐지하고,
수신된 플래그 신호가 상기 능동 안전 시스템에 의해 조절의 활성화에 대응하는 값을 가지도록 값을 변화시킬 때, 카운터 값(카운트)을 증가시키며,
상기 카운터를 쓰레스홀드(THR)에 비교하고,
상기 카운터가 상기 쓰레스홀드에 도달하면, 상기 제 1 계산 모드에 따라 상기 재생식 제동 세트포인트의 생성을 종료하고 제2 계산 모드에 따라 상기 재생식 제동 세트포인트의 생성을 일으키도록 제어 신호(S)를 형성하도록 된 처리수단을 포함하는, 재생식 제동을 제어하는 제어 장치. - 재생식인 제 1 제동 수단 및 상기 제 1 제동 수단으로부터 분리되어 있는 제 2 제동 수단을 구비한 차량의 재생식 제동을 제어하는 시스템으로서, 상기 시스템은,
재생식 제동 세트포인트를 생성하며, 제 1 계산 모드 및 제 2 계산 모드에 따라 차량의 운전자 페달로부터 나오는 제동 요청 신호의 함수로서 재생식 제동 세트포인트를 생성할 수 있는 생성 모듈(12), 및
제 6 항의 제어 장치(10)를 포함하는, 재생식 제동을 제어하는 시스템. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 생성 모듈은 가해지는 계산 모드에 따르게 되는 계수와 제 2 제동 수단(Cc)에 의해 수행되는 제동의 제동 표시값을 곱하여 재생식 제동 세트포인트값을 계산하도록 된 제동 관리 모듈(12)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 재생식 제동을 제어하는 시스템. - 제 8 항의 제어 시스템을 포함하는 차량(1).
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
후방 휠(14)에 제동을 가할 수 있는 전기적 액튜에이터(13)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량(1).
