도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 드라이브트레인(drivetrain)을 설명하기 위한 골격도(skeleton diagram)로서, 기어변속기구가 싱글-피니언형 유성기어유닛에 의해 구성되어 있는, FR-타입 차량들에서 사용하기에 적합한 드라이브트레인의 일례를 도시한 도면;
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 드라이브트레인을 설명하기 위한 골격도로서, 기어변속기구가 싱글-피니언형 유성기어유닛에 의해 구성되어 있는, FF-타입 차량들에서 사용하기에 적합한 드라이브트레인의 일례를 도시한 도면;

도 14는 윤활구멍에 설치되는 조정밸브의 구성을 도시한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치의 구성을 구체적으로 설명하기 위한 단면도이다.
Claims (5)
- 엔진 및 적어도 하나의 회전기계를 구동력원으로서 포함하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치로서,
차동장치를 포함하는 동력분할기구 - 상기 차동장치는 제1회전요소, 상기 회전기계와 계합된 제2회전요소, 및 구동축과 계합된 제3회전요소를 포함하고, 상기 동력분할기구는 상기 구동력원 및 상기 구동축에 대하여 동력을 분할 및 전달하도록 구성되어 있음 - ;
상기 엔진의 회전 속도를 변경하여 상기 제1회전요소에 토크를 전달하도록 구성된 기어변속기구 - 상기 기어변속기구는 상기 엔진에 가까운 측으로부터 상기 기어변속기구, 상기 회전기계 및 상기 동력분할기구의 순서대로 배치되도록 구성되어 있음 - ; 및
상기 기어변속기구와 상기 회전기계 사이에 배치된 지지체 - 상기 지지체는, 상기 기어변속기구를 상기 회전기계로부터 구분하여 상기 회전기계의 회전축을 지지하도록 구성되어 있으며, 상기 지지체는, 상기 기어변속기구를 윤활 및 냉각한 윤활유가, 상기 지지체의 기어변속기구 측으로부터 회전기계 측으로 유입되는 것을 허용하도록 구성되어 있음 -
를 포함하는 동력전달장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지지체는, 상기 기어변속기구의 상기 회전기계 측을 덮는 회전기계커버를 포함하고, 상기 회전기계커버는, 상기 기어변속기구 측으로부터 상기 회전기계 측으로의 상기 윤활유의 유입을 가능하게 하는 윤활구멍을 구비하는 동력전달장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 윤활구멍에 설치된 조정밸브를 더 포함하고,
상기 조정밸브는, 상기 윤활유의 온도에 따라 상기 윤활구멍을 통과하는 상기 윤활유의 양을 변경하도록 구성되어 있는 동력전달장치. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 기어변속기구는, 유성기어유닛 및 상기 유성기어유닛의 외주부에 배치된 마찰장치를 포함하고,
상기 윤활구멍은, 상기 유성기어유닛 또는 상기 마찰장치 중 적어도 하나를 통과한 상기 윤활유가 유입되는 위치에 배치되어 있는 동력전달장치. - 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기어변속기구는, 상기 엔진의 일 측에서 상기 기어변속기구를 덮는 전방커버 내측에 수용된 기어변속유닛이고, 상기 기어변속유닛은, 상기 전방커버 및 상기 회전기계커버에 의해 덮여 있으며,
상기 기어변속유닛은, 상기 기어변속기구의 일 측에서 하우징의 일 단부에 부착되어 있고, 상기 하우징은, 상기 회전기계 및 상기 동력분할기구를 수용하고 있는 동력전달장치.
