Claims (22)
- A) 나일론-6 또는 나일론-6,6,
B) 레이저 회절측정법에 의해 측정시 5 내지 250 ㎛ 범위의 d95를 갖는 하나 이상의 석영 분말,
C) 1 내지 50 mm 범위의 출발 길이를 갖는 세단된 유리 장섬유, 및
D) 멜라민 시아누레이트
를 포함하는 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
a) 5 중량% 내지 96.9 중량%의 나일론-6 또는 나일론-6,6,
B) 1 중량% 내지 60 중량%의, 레이저 회절측정법에 의해 측정시 5 내지 250 ㎛ 범위의 d95를 갖는 하나 이상의 석영 분말,
C) 2 중량% 내지 8 중량%의, 1 내지 50 mm 범위의 출발 길이를 갖는 세단된 유리 장섬유, 및
D) 0.1 중량% 내지 40 중량%의 멜라민 시아누레이트
를 포함하며, 단 모든 중량 백분율의 총합이 항상 100인 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 A), B), C) 및 D) 이외에도, E) 이산화티타늄이 또한 존재하는 것인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 이산화티타늄이 전체 조성물을 기준으로 0.01 중량% 내지 30 중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 다른 성분의 수준이 모든 중량 백분율의 총합이 항상 100이 되도록 감소한 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 A) 내지 E) 이외에도 또는 E) 대신에, F) 하나 이상의 윤활제 및/또는 이형제가 또한 존재하는 것인 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 윤활제 및/또는 이형제가 전체 조성물을 기준으로 0.01 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 하나 이상의 윤활제 및/또는 이형제의 양으로 존재하고, 이러한 경우에 다른 성분의 수준이 모든 중량 백분율의 총합이 항상 100이 되도록 감소한 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 A) 내지 F) 이외에도 또는 E) 및/또는 F) 대신에, G) 삼산화안티모니, 산화주석, 주석 오르토포스페이트, 티타늄산바륨, 산화알루미늄, 구리 히드록시포스페이트, 구리 오르토포스페이트, 칼륨 구리 디포스페이트, 수산화구리, 안티모니 주석 산화물, 삼산화비스무트 및 안트라퀴논의 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 레이저 흡수제가 또한 존재하는 것인 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 성분 G)가 전체 조성물을 기준으로 0.01 중량% 내지 10 중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 이러한 경우에 다른 성분의 수준이 모든 중량 백분율의 총합이 항상 100이 되도록 감소한 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 A) 내지 G) 이외에도 또는 E) 및/또는 F) 및/또는 G) 대신에, 멜라민 시아누레이트 이외의 H) 하나 이상의 추가 난연제가 또한 존재하는 것인 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 성분 H)가 전체 조성물을 기준으로 0.01 중량% 내지 60 중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 이러한 경우에 다른 성분의 수준이 모든 중량 백분율의 총합이 항상 100이 되도록 감소한 것인 조성물.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 할로겐-무함유 및/또는 인-무함유 난연제가 사용된 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 A) 내지 H) 이외에도 또는 E) 및/또는 F) 및/또는 G) 및/또는 H) 대신에, 성분 B) 및 C) 이외의 성분 K) 하나 이상의 충전제가 또한 존재하는 것인 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 성분 K)가 전체 조성물을 기준으로 0.01 중량% 내지 50 중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 이러한 경우에 다른 성분의 수준이 모든 중량 백분율의 총합이 항상 100이 되도록 감소한 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 A) 내지 K) 이외에도 또는 성분 E) 및/또는 F) 및/또는 G) 및/또는 H) 및/또는 K) 대신에, 성분 D) 내지 K) 이외의 L) 하나 이상의 추가 첨가제가 또한 존재하는 것인 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 성분 L)이 전체 조성물을 기준으로 0.01 중량% 내지 20 중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 이러한 경우에 다른 성분의 수준이 모든 중량 백분율의 총합이 항상 100이 되도록 감소한 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 천연 기원의 분쇄 석영이 성분 B)로서 사용된 것인 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 분쇄 석영이 레이저 회절측정법에 의해 측정시 2 ㎛ 내지 50 ㎛ 범위의 중앙 입자 크기 (d50)를 갖는 분말인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 적어도 포함하는 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물이 GIT (기체 사출 기술), WIT (물 사출 기술) 및 PIT (추진체 사출 기술)의 특수 방법을 포함하는 사출 성형, 프로파일 압출을 포함하는 압출 공정, 또는 블로우 성형, 3D 압출 블로우 성형 공정 또는 석션 블로우 성형 공정에서 사용되는 사용 방법.
- 하기 성분:
A) 나일론-6 또는 나일론-6,6,
B) 레이저 회절측정법에 의해 측정시 5 내지 250 ㎛ 범위의 d95를 갖는 하나 이상의 석영 가루,
C) 1 내지 50 mm 범위의 출발 길이를 갖는 세단된 유리 장섬유, 및
D) 멜라민 시아누레이트
을 하나 이상의 혼합 도구에서 먼저 혼합하고, 이어서 성형 조성물의 형태인 이 혼합물을 하나 이상의 혼합 도구 배출구를 통해 직접적으로 추가 가공에 공급하거나, 또는 스트랜드로서 방출시켜 과립화기에 의해 목적하는 길이의 펠릿으로 절단하고, 성형 조성물 또는 펠릿의 형태인 조성물을 성형 공정에 적용하는, 제품의 제조 방법. - 제20항에 있어서, 성형 방법이 GIT (기체 사출 기술), WIT (물 사출 기술) 및 PIT (추진체 사출 기술)의 특수 방법을 포함하는 사출 성형, 프로파일 압출을 포함하는 압출 공정, 블로우 성형, 3D 압출 블로우 성형 공정 또는 석션 블로우 성형 공정인 방법.
- 내열성, IEC60695-2-12에 따른 글로우 와이어(glow wire) 시험에서의 난연성 및 등방성 수축 특징과 관련하여, PA 6 또는 PA 66을 기재로 하는 조성물의 하나 이상의 특성을 개선하기 위해, 자연 발생 석영으로부터 수득된 분쇄 석영을 유리 섬유, 멜라민 시아누레이트 및 임의로 이산화티타늄과 조합하여 사용하는 방법.
