Claims (8)
- 양이온성 항균 도료에 적용되는 수지에 있어서,
아크릴산 에스테르계 모노머 30 내지 60 중량부, 방향족 비닐계 모노머 20 내지 50 중량부, 유기산계 모노머 0.1 내지 3 중량부를 포함하는 모노머 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 모노머 혼합물 100 중량부 기준으로 비이온성 계면활성제 2.5 내지 6중량부 및 라디칼 중합개시 촉매 0.1 내지 1 중량부를 혼합하여 부가중합 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 부가중합 혼합물에 상기 모노머 혼합물을 적하 에멀젼 중합 반응시켜 에멀젼 중합반응물을 형성하는 단계; 및
PH조절제를 이용하여 상기 에멀젼 중합 반응물의 PH를 6 내지 9으로 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 비이온성 아크릴 에멀젼 수지의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴산 에스테르계 모노머가 메틸메타크릴레이트, 에틸메타크릴레이트, 이소프로필메타크릴레이트, 노르말부틸메타크릴레이트, 이소부틸메타크릴레이트, 라우릴메타크릴레이트, 스테아릴메타크릴레이트, 부틸아크릴레이트, 베타-히드록시부틸메타크릴레이트 및 디(에틸렌글리콜)모노메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 비이온성 아크릴 에멀젼 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 비닐계 모노머가 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 트랜스-β-메틸스티렌, β-메틸스티렌 및 4-메틸스티렌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 비이온성 아크릴 에멀젼 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기산계 모노머가 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 푸마르산, 말레산 및 이타콘산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 비이온성 아크릴 에멀젼 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비이온성 계면활성제는 폴리옥시에틸렌노닐페닐에테르, 폴리옥시에칠렌옥틸페닐에텔, 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬에스테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬아민에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌폴리옥시프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 및 소르비탄지방산에스테르로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 비이온성 아크릴 에멀젼 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부가 중합 혼합물의 pH를 6 내지 9로 조절하는 단계가 암모니아수, 모노에탄올아민, 디에탄올아민, 트리에탄올아민, 1-아미노-2-메틸프로판, 2-아미노-2-메틸프로판 및 트리에틸아민로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 pH 조절제를 이용하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비이온성 아크릴 에멀젼 수지의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1항의 방법으로 수득되는 양이온성 항균 수성 도료용 비이온성 아크릴 에멀젼 수지.
- 비이온성 아크릴 에멀젼 수지 30 내지 60중량%, 양이온 항균제 0.5 내지 3중량%, 실리카 입자 10 내지 30중량%, 첨가제 2 내지 4 중량% 및 여분의 탈이온수를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하되,
비이온성 아크릴 에멀젼 수지는 아크릴산 에스테르계 모노머 30 내지 60 중량부, 방향족 비닐계 모노머 20 내지 50 중량부, 유기산계 모노머 0.1 내지 3중량부를 포함하는 모노머 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 상기 모노머 혼합물 100 중량부 기준으로 비이온성 계면활성제 2.5 내지 6 중량부 및 라디칼 중합개시 촉매 0.1 내지 1중량부를 혼합하여 부가중합 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 상기 부가중합 혼합물에 상기 모노머 혼합물을 적하 에멀젼 중합 반응시켜 에멀젼 중합반응물을 형성하는 단계; 및 PH조절제를 이용하여 상기 에멀젼 중합 반응물의 PH를 6 내지 9으로 조절하는 단계를 수행함으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 항균 도료.
