Claims (7)
- 3중관을 포함하는 3중 방사노즐을 이용하여 지지층과 코팅층을 동시에 토출시켜 복층(dual-layer) 구조로 제조되는 다공성 중공사막에 있어서,
상기 지지층은 열유도상전이법(thermal-induced phase separation)으로 형성되고, 상기 코팅층은 비용매상전이법(non-solvent induced phase separation)으로 형성되고,
상기 지지층은 고액(solid-liquid) 상전이에 의한 직경 2~20㎛의 구형 결정립이 존재하고, 상기 구형 결정립은 직경 0.1~2㎛의 마이크로 존이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 중공사막. - 3중관을 포함하는 3중 방사노즐을 이용하여 상기 방사노즐의 최내측에 내부응고제 용액을, 최외측에 코팅층 고분자 방사용액을, 중간에 지지층 고분자 방사용액을 동시에 응고조에 토출시켜 복층(dual-layer) 구조의 다공성 중공사막을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 지지층은 열유도상전이법(thermal-induced phase separation)으로 형성되고, 상기 코팅층은 비용매상전이법(non-solvent induced phase separation)으로 형성되고,
상기 지지층 고분자 방사용액은 고분자 수지, 비용매, 양용매, 빈용매, 기공형성제 및 무기첨가제를 포함하되, 상기 비용매로 글리세롤 및 상기 무기첨가제로 염화리튬을 사용하고, 토출 시 상기 지지층 고분자 방사용액이 100~160℃ 온도차로 급냉되도록 상기 응고조의 온도를 유지하여, 상기 지지층이 고액(solid-liquid) 상전이에 의해 직경 2~20㎛의 구형 결정립이 존재하고, 상기 구형 결정립은 직경 0.1~2㎛의 마이크로 존이 형성되도록 하는 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 수지는 폴리에테르술폰(PES), 폴리술폰(PSf), 폴리이써케톤(PEK), 폴리이써이써케톤(PEEK), 술폰화된 고분자(sulfonated polymer), 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드(PVDF), 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE), 폴리비닐라이덴 클로라이드(PVDC), 클로린네이트 폴리비닐클로라이드(CPVC), 폴리비닐라이덴플로라이드-헥사플로로프로필렌(PVDF-HFP) 및 에틸렌클로로트리플로로에틸렌(ECTFE)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 양용매는 NMP(N-mentyl-2-pyrrolidone), DMF(Dimethylformamide), DMAc(N,N'-dimethyl acetamide), DMSO(Dimethylsulfoxide) 및 HMPA(Trimethyl phosphoramdie)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 빈용매는 DBP(Dibutyl phthalate), DMP(Dimethyl phthalate), DOS(Dioctyl sebacate), DOA(dioctyl adipate), GBL(gama-butylolactone) 및 PC(propylene carbonate)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 기공형성제는 PVP(Polyvinylpyrrolidone), PEG(Polyethylene glycol) 및 글리세롤로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 수지 100중량부에 대하여, 상기 비용매는 1~20중량부, 상기 양용매는 10~60중량부, 상기 빈용매는 5~200중량부, 상기 기공형성제는 1~50중량부 및 상기 무기첨가제는 0.1~10중량부 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
