Claims (16)
- a) 하나 이상의 착색제를 포함하는 불투명 부품(3) 및 투명 부품(2)이 다중-부품 사출 성형에 의해 결합되어 고분자 가공물(1)을 형성하고,
b) 불투명 부품(3)이 하나 이상의 레이저(5)를 이용하여 투명 부품(2)을 통해 조사되며, 공정에서 마크(4)가 불투명 부품(3)으로 도입되고, 여기서 마크(4)는 불투명 부품(3)의 증백이며, 불투명 부품(3)은 적어도 폴리카르보네이트를 포함하며, 상기 레이저(5)가 펄스 모드에서 작동되며 펄스 반복 진동수가 20 kHz 내지 150 kHz 사이인, 레이저 마킹된 고분자 가공물(1) 생산 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 부품(2)의 두께가 1 mm 내지 20 mm 사이인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불투명 부품(3)의 두께가 0.5 mm 내지 10 mm 사이인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불투명 부품(3)이 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불투명 부품(3)이 하나 이상의 흑색 안료를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불투명 부품(3)이 1 cm 내지 10 cm 사이의 폭으로 고분자 가공물(1)의 가장자리 영역에서 원주방향으로 투명 부품(2)상에 배열되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마크(4)가 적어도 문자, 숫자, 기하학적 도형, 상징 및 픽토그램 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 가공물(1)은 적어도 폴리실록산, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리메타크릴레이트 및 폴리우레탄 중 하나 이상을 포함하며 1 ㎛ 내지 50 ㎛ 사이의 두께를 가지는 보호 코팅이 상단에 배열된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마크(4)가 불투명 부품(3)상의 하나 이상의 균일하게 밝은 영역으로 나타나는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마크(4)가 레이저(5) 빔의 이동에 의해 불투명 부품(3) 내로 도입되며 레이저(5) 빔은 200 mm/s 내지 5000 mm/s 사이의 속도로 이동하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이저(5) 빔이 투명 부품(2) 및 불투명 부품(3) 사이 경계면상에 초점 맞춰지는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이저(5)의 방출 파장이 600 nm 내지 3000 nm 사이인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이저(5)가 펄스 모드에서 작동되며 펄스 지속시간이 5 ns 내지 300 ns 사이인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이저(5)의 출력이 1 W 내지 50 W 사이인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 가공물(1)이 지상의, 대기 중의 또는 수상의 통행 위한 이송 수단의 판유리 또는 판유리 부분으로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고분자 가공물(1)의 레이저 마킹 후 가공물(1)에 보호 코팅이 도입되는 방법.
