Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 방탄섬유 복합체 프리프레그의 층상구조를 도시한 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 방탄부재의 적층구조를 개념적으로 도시한 단면도이다.
도 4는 아라미드 섬유에 CNT 섬유가 분산되어 있는 모습을 보여주는 전자현미경 사진이다.

Claims (9)
- 탄소나노튜브(CNT) 또는 그라핀 입자를 용매에 분산시켜 함침용액을 준비하는 단계;
방탄섬유를 상기 함침 용액에 함침하고 건조시켜 방탄섬유 복합체를 준비하는 단계;
상기 방탄섬유 복합체를 층상으로 가공하여 방탄섬유 복합체층을 준비하는 단계; 및
상기 방탄섬유 복합체층의 적어도 일 면에 적어도 한 장의 열가소성 수지 필름을 열 압착하여, 상기 방탄섬유 복합체층의 적어도 일 면에 상기 열가소성 수지가 침투되도록 하는 단계를 포함하는 방탄섬유 복합체 프리프레그의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방탄섬유는 얀(yarn) 형태의 단위 섬유, 또는 직물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방탄섬유 복합체 프리프레그의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방탄섬유는 아라미드 섬유, 초고분자량폴리에틸렌(UHMPE) 섬유, 나일론 섬유 및 유리섬유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방탄섬유 복합체 프리프레그의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 함침용액의 준비단계는 상기 CNT 또는 그라핀 입자와 상기 방탄섬유의 결합을 촉진하는 고분자 수지를, 상기 함침용액에 더 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방탄섬유 복합체 프리프레그의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지 필름은 폴리프로필렌 수지, 폴리우레탄 수지 또는 폴리에틸렌 수지로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방탄섬유 복합체 프리프레그의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방탄섬유 복합체의 준비 단계 이후에, 상기 방탄섬유 복합체를 상기 CNT 또는 그라핀 입자와 상기 방탄섬유의 결합을 촉진하는 고분자 수지 용액에 함침시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방탄섬유 복합체 프리프레그의 제조방법. - 방탄섬유로 이루어진 직물 내에, CNT 또는 그라핀이 고분자 결합제에 의하여 분산 및 부착되어 있고, 상기 CNT 또는 그라핀의 직물 내 함량이 0.1 내지 10 중량%인 방탄섬유 복합체층; 및
상기 방탄섬유 복합체층의 적어도 일면에 형성되고, 적어도 한 장의 열 가소성 수지 필름이 열압착되어 형성된 열압착 수지 필름층을 포함하는 방탄섬유 복합체 프리프레그.
- 제6항의 방탄섬유 복합체 프리프레그가 상기 열압착 수지 필름층을 접합층으로 하여 반복되어 적층된 프리프레그 적층체를 포함하는 방탄부재.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 방탄부재는 서로다른 방탄섬유를 포함하는 이종의 프리프레그의 적층 부위를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방탄부재.
