도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 리튬-황 이차전지용 전극 구조물을 설명하기 위한 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 리튬-황 이차전지용 전극 구조물의 제조 방법을 설명하기 위한 순서도이다.
도4a 내지 도 4e는 도3의 금속 박막의 형성 방법의 일 예를 설명하기 위한 단면도들이다.
도 5a 내지 도 5f는 도3의 황코팅층의 형성 방법의 일 예를 설명하기 위한 단면도들이다.
Claims (3)
- 금속 박막;
상기 금속 박막 상에 형성되며, 나노 크기의 패턴이 상부에 형성된 황코팅층; 및
상기 황코팅층 상에 형성되며, 상기 황코팅층에 포함된 황의 전해질로의 확산을 억제하는 이온 교환막을 포함하는 리튬-황 이차전지용 전극 구조물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이온 교환막은 술폰화 테트라플루오로에틸린을 포함하는 리튬-황 이자전지용 전극 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이온 교환막은 다이비닐벤젠화 폴리스틸렌(PS/DVB)을 포함하는 리튬-황 이자전지용 전극 구조물.
