Description
도 2는 본 발명의 한 실시형태에 따라서 맨드릴 상에 희생층을 형성하는 단계를 단면으로 보인 설명도.
도 3은 본 발명의 한 실시형태에 따라서 희생층 상에서 호스를 제작하는 단계를 단면으로 보인 설명도.
도 4는 본 발명의 한 실시형태에 따라서 희생층과 맨드릴 사이에 압력유체를 주입하는 단계를 단면으로 보인 설명도.
도 5는 본 발명의 한 실시형태에 따라서 희생층과 맨드릴 사이에 압력유체를 주입하는 과정에서 맨드릴을 분리하는 단계를 단면으로 보인 설명도.
도 6은 본 발명의 한 실시형태에 따라서 희생층의 양 단부를 밀폐하는 단계와 진공펌브를 연결하는 단계를 단면으로 보인 설명도.
도 7은 본 발명의 한 실시형태에 따라서 진공펌프를 작동시키고 희생층을 찌그러뜨려 수축시키는 단계를 단면으로 보인 설명도.
도 8은 본 발명의 한 실시형태에 따라서 호스로부터 희생층을 분리하는 단계를 단면으로 보인 설명도.
도 9는 본 발명의 방법에 따라 제작된 호스를 이용하여 구성된 LNG 호스의 벽을 통한 단면구조를 보인 부분사시도.
Claims (11)
- 호스성형체의 표면에 희생층을 제공하는 단계,
희생층상에서 호스를 제작하는 단계,
희생층으로부터 호스성형체를 분리하기 위하여 희생층과 호스성형체 사이에 압력유체를 강제주입하는 단계와,
호스로부터 희생층을 분리하는 단계를
포함함을 특징으로 하는 호스제작방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 희생층이 호스와 호스성형체 사이의 단일층을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 호스제작방법.
- 전기 청구항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 호스가 내부채널을 가지며 희생층과 호스성형체는 분리단계 이전에 내부채널내에 놓임을 특징으로 하는 호스제작방법.
- 전기 청구항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 호스가 희생층상에서 제작됨을 특징으로 하는 호스제작방법.
- 전기 청구항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 희생층이 두개의 개방부를 갖는 튜브를 형성하고 호스로부터 희생층을 분리하는 방법이 희생층에 밀폐된 밀폐내부공간을 형성하기 위하여 희생층의 개방부를 밀봉하는 단계와 밀폐내부공간의 압력을 감소시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 호스제작방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 희생층이 일측 개방부를 형성하는 단부고정체를 포함하고 희생층을 밀폐하는 방법이 개방부를 밀폐하는 밀폐판을 단부고정체에 부착하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 호스제작방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 밀폐내부공간의 압력을 감소시키는 방법이 진공펌프를 밀폐내부공간에 연결하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 호스제작방법.
- 전기 청구항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 호스로부터 희생층을 분리하는 단계가 대기압하에서 희생층을 찌그러지게 수축시키는 단계를 포함함함을 특징으로 하는 호스제작방법.
- 전기 청구항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 희생층이 고무로 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 호스제작방법.
- 전기 청구항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 호스가 천연가스용 호스임을 특징으로 하는 호스제작방법.
- 첨부도면을 참조하여 본문에 상술한 바와 같은 호스제작방법.
