Claims (4)
- 내부를 전진챔버(110)와 후진챔버(120)로 구획하며 외주면에 복수개의 포켓(250)이 형성되는 피스톤(200)을 포함하는 단동식 유압실린더에 있어서,
상기 피스톤(200)의 내부에 설치되어 각각의 포켓(250)들로 공급되는 작동유의 압력을 일정하게 유지시키는 밸브(300)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정압베어링의 압력제어가 가능한 단동식 유압실린더. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피스톤(200)의 내부에는,
상기 전측챔버(110)와 연통되는 제1 관로(210),
상기 각각의 포켓(250)과 연통되는 제2 관로(220) 및,
상기 후측챔버(120)를 연통되는 제3 관로(230)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정압베어링의 압력제어가 가능한 단동식 유압실린더. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 밸브(300)는,
상기 제1 관로(210)와 제2 관로(220)를 연결시키되, 상기 제2 관로(220)의 유압이 일정압력 이상으로 상승하게 되면 절환되어 상기 제1 관로(210)와 제2 관로(220)를 차단시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 정압베어링의 압력제어가 가능한 단동식 유압실린더. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 밸브(300)는,
상기 제1 관로(210)와 제2 관로(220)를 연결시키되, 각각의 포켓(250)의 유압이 일정압력 이상으로 상승하게 되면 절환되어 제1 관로(210)와 제3 관로(230)를 연결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 정압베어링의 압력제어가 가능한 단동식 유압실린더.
